We loved it! Stopped here on a whim when we were returning to ohio from road trip. My Girl got the eggplant parmesian, ig a meatball sub with mushrooms and cheese. Freakin awwsome! One thing I would change would be to serve it on a plate rather a basket with wax paper. I'm pretty sure I ate a fourth of the paper.

Went here for a business luncheon of 16 people. I ordered 3rd out of everyone. I ordered the fish sandwich as did 6 others. I received my meal 5 minutes after everyone was almost done. The service was horrible! Did I mention that I was the only person of color in the building and that my order was placed on a separate check even though my boss picked up the entire tab? Something was amiss as other people at my table offered food from their plates. Never again!

Had a a Bella.....it was delicious, but it tasted just a tad different. Did you change something from original? Been eating Bella for lotsa years ...it did taste a little different, but still delicious.

This location has the worst service. If you don't want to wait a million years for service go to the Struthers location. It's not an off night either, it's their MO.

One of the best pizza places in the area! Always good with fresh ingredients.
I’ve eaten here 3 times now and while I have no issues with the food or service the flies are a serious problem and I don’t think I would go back until it’s taken care of. The first 2 times I ate here there was at least 1 fly (smaller than a normal house fly but bigger than a fruit fly) constantly flying around our food. The third time it was the same but I had to use the restroom after and while waiting on someone to come out I noticed at least 30 of these flys all over the walls around the restrooms, which are located practically in the kitchen. I’d hate to see how many are in the kitchen landing on food. This restaurant needs to do something about this. I’m not a person that’s very fussy in restaurants but this was disgusting and quite off putting.

I absolutely love this balleria. It is a cut above the rest. The food is absolutely amazing and the atmosphere. The only thing I would change is the customer service. When entering the facility the person taking your order can sometimes be very dry and not very personable. Having worked in food service for many years, personality is important.
