Ordered 2 fish dinners, SAUCE ON THE SIDE!! Fish had 2 different sauces on it and no sides. We had to ask for fish with no sauce on it, which was only catfish and we don’t eat that. And sides had to be made up for the order. I eventually asked for a refund.

MY Today Was Horrible Asked for my Strips to be Fried Hard ...wasn't Done the Strips Was Not The Same As 2 days Ago, today they looked like they was cooked in A Microwave, WE Ordered Extra Sause on the Side for the Srips and Fries Nope They Didn't Send them Either Ordered thru Doordash So Its Not The Driver Fault But THE RESTAURANTS IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PLACE SINCE NEW MANAGMENT THEY SICK NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE THEM MY MONEY??

We recently celebrated my mother's 80th birthday. We ordered 3 meats from this amazing barbecue restaurant, and I couldn't have been more impressed. Not only was the food absolutely delicious - the brisket, smoked chicken, and pulled pork were divine - but the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Guy, in particular, deserves a special mention for going out of his way to ensure that the food was delivered to our venue on their day off. The attention to detail and the genuine care they showed for our celebration truly made it a hit. Highly recommend this place for both the incredible food and the outstanding service!
My wife did take out of a chicken dinner and when started eating it it turned out to be under cooked. She called there to talk to them and they put her on hold twice. She then drove back while still waiting on her cell phone and the person at the counter was just rolling silverware with no other customers around. My wife showed her her phone showing her to still be on hold and the person did not care. It seems like the quality and service has gone down hill. We will not be going back there again to eat.

It's not as good as I remember it being but still a good little BBQ joint.
We planned our group outing for Mardi Gras at Charlie Staples. We made a reservation for 10 people. They informed us upon arrival they were takeout only but would accommodate us. The New Orleans French Quarter decor was gone. Painted over. From there everything went down hill. The food came out in stages so that the first served was finished when the last served. Food was inaccurate for some and cold as well. We are an easygoing group but this was not as expected. One of the ladies had gone here for years under previous management and loved it but not anymore.

Door dash order was wrong. Didn’t like the potato wedge fries. Sauce was not mixed. Before the buyout the food here was actually good. It taste bland now. I loved my fries and bread covered in sauce. Now bread comes in a plastic baggie? I paid for a drink that I did not receive.
