C Staples is one of the great restaurants in Youngstown. If you love BBQ, you will enjoy the selection here. I stopped by Saturday to dine in. It's under new ownershipI decided to try the food. To my surprise the food was really good.I ordered the bar-b-que fish whitening, my sides was candie yams and cabbage, pound cake. All was deliciousOnly complaint I have was that the fish was fried too hard.Customer service was excellent too!I wish I had taken pictures. My first experience with new management/ownership was a very good experience
