I lived in Youngstown my whole life. My grandma used to take me to pick up food at Staples n Garland BBQ when they were on Belmont. I haven't had the chance to experience the new Staples pitt boss bbq since they opened so I figured I'd make the most of my first time. I ordered a full slab with mild pit boss sauce. It was a thinner sauce ribs had a pepper rub. And I ordered a chicken dinner with staples mild sauce. I know this sounds petty but I was really looking forward...

Waited an hour after being told 20 -30 minutes and didn't get entire order the lady packing it never said a word and she packed it following the receipt, something didn't seem right I double-checked it and was missing the entire order she said oh yeah they're out of the chicken then why didn't she say something I feel she tried to pass it off

It’s been so long since we ate here and we was a little disappointed the one side was closed for dine in but we was able to order & eat at the bar side and the food did not disappoint and our service was top notch!! We WILL NOT wait as long to come back!!
