The hours say open until 9 pm. I cannot count the number if times within the last couple of months that we have gone well before then and the McCartney location has been closed. We went today at 7 pm and they were already closed. They just seem to close down whenever they feel like it. If the hours are different, please change. If not, then this location has gone severely downhill.

This Dairy Queen location has the rudes employees working. I've been meaning to write a review and after the visit we had here on 9/22/23 I absolutely had to leave one. Not only this visit but there's been many other times that I've dealt with the rudeness and not only this time was no different but we also watched them make 3 different flavor shakes and not once did they rinse the part that you put in the cup to mix the shake. So whose to say how many different flavors were made and possibly getting nuts in one that someone might be allergic to. When asked the young lady who came to the window to collect the money if they aren't supposed to clean the stir before taking and making another shake and she said yes but when we asked her why she didn't clean it before making ours in between all three of ours and how many was before ours that didn't get clean she copped an attitude when asked to please make sure there weren't no nuts because my grandson is allergic to nuts. She slammed the window shut while turning around saying something to the boy that was working with her because he automatically turned to the window and looked at us. So we hadn't paid for it yet so we decided to go to the dairy Queen in struthers where we have never had poor service nor worried about how clean their machines were this will definitely be the last time we go to campbell for ice cream even though it's closer to our house!!

But all blizzards they gave us minis and charged us almost $5.50 a piece for each blizzard$11 for too many blizzards is ridiculous they have their own size and pricing at this one

I go there quite often and there is always a 10-15 min wait thru drive thru busy or not it takes such a long time for a drive-thru.
