EDIT: so I went to the DiBella's website and also made a complaint and within a very short amount of time I received an email from someone within the corporate line. They thanked me for my feedback and assured me that they would work on it to make people more aware when customers are there and not be so focused on tasks. Love to order online and go into the back door grab my food off the shelf and go. Ordered cheesesteak subs and they were delicious. Get a bag of chips or a tasty cookie plus a drink. Your good to go. There are many other tasty sandwiches. Get them as they are or customize. Cannot go wrong.
I work for a company that has catered lunches. DiBella subs are brought in fairly often. The bread is thick with a hard crust, making it difficult to eat, and usually has an odd taste to it. The pasta salad is bland. It tastes like it's made with only oil and pasta. I'm glad it's not my money being wasted
