Don't understand why any coffee drink can't be made in decaf even if the mix used to make it is already pre-made. When asked if it was pre made already with the regular coffee I was told no but that was what it had to go in. I wanted a decaf frozen coffee.
Today is the second day in a row that my latte was made incorrectly. I called because I didn't know if their beans or recipe had changed as this location is always spot on. She wrote my name down and during my next trip out, I redeemed the correct turtle signature latte. The staff on the phone and in store were polite and professional as I couldn't help but to feel a tad embarrassed. The first sip of the remade latte was worth it. Thank you!
i wish they would fix the Matcha Tea situation. it’s a very good drink hot or cold but if you order hot, it’s always barely luke warm. and if you get Almond Milk, it’s 1.00 extra whether you get a small, medium or large.Seriously need to pro-rate that milk price! Other than that, i like this Dunkin.i just don’t like my tea room temperature.
