Every time I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts they either burn the food , make the coffee wrong , forget half the stuff on my sandwiches, or I’m missing half my order. Also employee interaction is hit or miss . I strongly do not suggest this location. It is a constant bad experience.

The western Reserve Dunkin is always my go to dunkin. The staff is friendly and drinks are made well. During the holidays, they were busy and Im sure short staffed but never let it show! Great job and Thank you!

Don’t waste your time here just drive the extra mile to literally any other dunkin in the area, every time I have gone here the coffee tastes like burnt dirt I make sure to ask for extra of whatever flavor i’m getting in hopes that it will taste slightly okay but they still manage to make it taste entirely unappetizing every. single. time. i never order food at dunkin but the one time i did it was incorrect as well even though she repeated my order and it was correct. customer service isn’t bad but my god are the drinks awful.

They are always out of the popular donuts and a lot of times the donuts arent as fresh. I ordered 3 drinks requested whip cream and drizzle...3 out of 3 drinks werent done right. 2 were missing the drizzle and one had no whip cream.

If u ever think about working at this restaurant place don’t , I feel like they was very racist against black people. The first week I worked if there mind you this is my first job soo idk what I’m doing , soo I’m working my first 2 days and then they said I was sleep one of the days when I wasn’t ever sleep I was up doing that stupid computer program they had me on. Then they jus very so unprofessional, I never got no schedule so mind you I wanted to work fr Mondays wensdays n Saturdays n I said I can’t work Sunday’s cause the buss don’t run Sundays. Then get to monday wen I’m SUPPOSED TO go to work they said I was supposed to come in Sunday . Tf ima do drive my imaginary car out 5 miles . then they said I’m fired wen I never got an schedule never got an text or guidance no one helped me or nothing. Plus I seen them spit in food n drinks for no reason at all . So if u ever buy something from there i advice y’all to look in yall drinks.

so this dunkin has two drive through windows. we pulled up to the one where there was another car waiting to order. mind you both gates were open. not closed at all. And John, a staff member, walks out and screams “ITS NOT OPEN” The gate was clearly opened and he went to shut it. then two other girls were walking out while screaming whatever they were talking about and john’s complaining about working 6 days a week. a simple sorry this windows closed would’ve been great but no. screaming at people who you serve was what happened. clearly if you’re not happy working it’s not anyone’s fault but your miserable self…. also to boot. i ordered a pumpkin vanilla chai and somehow someway ended up with a matcha latte.. unreal

I ORDERS ICE COFFEE THROUGH APP SINCE OFFERS FOR FREE COFFEE HOT OR ICE,BUT WHEN WENT THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH DUNKIN STILL CHARGE ME FOR MEDIUM ICE COFFEE!! I THINK SHOULD CREDIT MY CARD.MAYBE HAVE FREE COFFEE OR ICE COFFEE SCAN FROM SMART PHONE!!!!!

There's more horseplay than business. I was there 7:30 in the morning. Had to repeat my order of medium iced coffee ingredients, and ordered a large hot coffee also. Get to the window, after a laughing spurt between employees, gave my card, charged over 7.00, handed 2 iced coffees. I said I wanted one hot. Young girl looked at me in disbelief. She poured out iced coffee, i was not credited the difference. And they continued laughing and horseplay, while the cars lined up behind me. Horrible customer service. Very disappointed.
