I regularly visit this Dunkin’ Donuts as it is a convenient location. Overall drinks are usually fine. However, the one employee (short with brown hair and glasses) is quite hostile. Once she physically SHOVED my drink at me. I was appalled to be honest. This is not the first time she’s acted this way and as a food service worker your attitude matters!!! Just wanted to share my experience.
It's not quite the service,as much as the food it's always cold no matter what I get for example the Dunkin wraps still frozen in the middle,there new bacon jam sandwich cold,and there hash brown scrambles the cheese it's like they just take it out the fridge and hope the hash browns warm it up....it's not like I've been there 1-2 times I've been there multiple times and it never fails
Their frozen mocha coffees put Starbucks to shame.
