My first time trying this place. Food was ok, but the fish was dry and has no flavor. I didn't finish the fish but the wings and fries were ok
When I ordered my food the man on the phone asked “Do you want seasoning on your food”.
This should have been a RED FLAG moment right there.
My food was horrible! I ordered whiting fish, fries, and coleslaw.
My fish was tasteless and rubbery and the coleslaw was room temperature with a nasty rancid taste. The fries were the only thing from that meal that was edible.
Plus, that food tore my stomach out the frame and I’m still suffering a day later.
I am not one to give poor reviews however, my horrible experience certainly warrants one this time. I ordered dinner for my husband and I through DoorDash. Once the food arrived, we were missing one of the two ordered dinners. I called Hook and began to explain that I was missing a meal that we paid for.
