If I could give zero stars I would. I went there at 9:30 to order some food and was told there was no chicken. I proceeded to order something else and was told they don’t have any food at all. Don’t come here after 9:30 if you’re hungry !

If I could leave 0 stars for customer service I would. How do you forgot to put a sandwich in the bag and make the customer jump through hoops to get what they paid for. We will never buy anything from KFC AGAIN!!!! Do yourselves a favor and check your bag before you leave especially if you order through the "KFC APP". According to the manager it's a third party app. She know good and well she could've just given us the $2 sandwich that THEY forgot. We had to call the customer service line and get a case number for a $2 sandwich. I still can't believe it.

Haven't had KFC in many years I had a feeling for it recently but after reading these reviews I'm not going if the owner doesn't care if the manager isn't doing the job right if the employees don't care and the food is not good why bother. You see reviews matter thanks guys

The service from the person who receives the order through the self-service is terrible, very distracted, I had to repeat my order several times... then when I go to pay, at the next window, I pay and they send me in front, then the vehicle that is Behind me they ship it first and when I reverse to see what the status of my order is, the manager comes out and tells me to wait in front while they take the order; After 15 minutes I return to the window and they wanted me to go back in front and I didn't move until my order arrived... after 2 more minutes of waiting my order comes out and with an attitude he tells me to have a good day, not even an apology for the waiting time... in the end the result came out all the pieces saturated with oil and some pieces raw... the worst service ?... he gave me the worst pieces of chicken I had... very unpleasant.
I ordered a fill up box that was cold....it would be nice to have had it at least

I was so looking forward to trying the fried chicken wraps. What a major disappointment. The macaroni noodles was naked surrounded by unmelted cheese and wrapped in cold tortilla. ? ? Don’t waste your coins.
