When a friend posted an Indian restaurant had opened in Hermitage, I was so excited and Desi Tadka did not disappoint! Staff was very friendly! My husband got the Lamb Vindaloo and garlic cheese naan, I ordered the Paneer Bhurji and Special Chicken Biryani. The chicken Biryani was the perfect spice level(for me) and the chicken was tender and moist. The Paneer Bhurji was very tasty and has a subtle Smokey flavor and melted on my mouth.
