I am sure the time of day matters here because staffing. The last time I went my food was actually really good. Tonight I ordered food and it was horrible. The fries were cold and not cooked all they way I had to put them in the air fryer and our burgers we so sloppy and filled with so much mustard you couldn't taste anything else. The person in the drive through had a bad personality as if they didn't care for their job.

Someone left the biggest shit in the toilet, I tried to flush it but it was so big it literally dammed up the toilet. Wouldn't expect more from a Youngstown McDonald's
