I called because I had a question about a product and after I was done asking I said bye have a good day and they just hung up, no “bye”, no “have a good day”, nothing. Not that they have to say that but even their tone they were very rude
Typical tacobell, all the kiosks were broken and drive thru was taking priority over counter service.
I rushed in right before closing time and was starving. I didn't eat all day. A young man named Marquell was cleaning the dining area. Instead of telling me they were about to close for the night, he welcomed me and took my order! He was so kind and was working hard at the same time. Great experience!!!! Thank you so much Marquell!
