I used the KFC app to purchase my food The app said my food was ready I go there to pick it up they tell me my order was canceled but the app says it's ready. The nice young lady showed me their screen stating it was canceled.And guess what they charged me for that canceled order had to call credit card company to dispute and get my money back. Their customer service is non-existent will never use their useless thievery app ever again. Be forewarned this just might happen...
Me and my husband and Brother in law enjoyed KFC a couple of days ago. We Dined in and the Dining room was pretty clean. The Employee were very helpful and Attentive. 4.99 meal was
Please change the oil in the fryer for the fries. You can tell it hasn't been changed just by the texture, look, and taste of them. I have gotten some amazing fries from this location so I don't know why it's bad all of a sudden. Waste of money.
