Within the last month I have went to the Boardman location 2 times. Both times the food was great but the service was underwhelming! I sent an email after the last visit which has been approximately 3 weeks ago expressing my service concerns. To my surprise I received a call from the manager, who was sincere and apologized for the service and asking if we would be willing to give them another chance, which I agreed. He stated that he would send gift cards in the mail the next...

Great experience! The food was delicious and cooked just right, and the prices were very reasonable. Our server, Amy, was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain some great menu deals we didn’t even know about. It made the whole meal that much better. Highly recommend asking for Amy if you go, she really made it enjoyable! Excellent service and great value all around. We’ll definitely be back!
