There is nothing more irritating to someone who knows a great deal of the McDonald's operation (Dad was an owner) than receiving something improperly made. Several times ...I've gotten home only to find a fish sandwich on a toasted bun. It was designed to have a steamed bun and it does make a difference. If it can't be made properly.... It happens often ...Stop! Management needs addressed as well as the employees.
I just had the worst and most shocking experience here. The cashier had immediate attitude at the drive thru, slamming my drinks on the window and complaining about me ordering them, with the window purposefully open so I could hear every word she was saying. She then proceeded to say how she was mad that I ordered a Mcflurry, wasnt going to mix it and get ice cream on herself. THEN proceeded to complain about how much food I got. I had the worst possible experience at this restaurant. We went through the drive through and we were being served by a woman who was complaining about us ordering a lot of food and slamming our drinks. not only did that happen but she also refused to mix an Oreo mcflurry that we ordered because she simply did not want to do it. she was very rude for no reason at all.
