My drink is always missing an ingredient and made wrong the food has a freezer burnt taste especially the egg whites my matcha is supposed to be soy milk but they give me cows milk which causes me to have health issues and get sick my tango teas says extra peach juice but taste like just tango tea maybe its new employees smh I always have to go in and ask them to remake it or add missing items I try to avoid this Starbucks all the time and go to market street they always follow...read full review

This Starbucks location often has issues with orders. Drinks are frequently made wrong and missing ingredients. For example, a matcha was supposed to have soy milk but got cows milk, causing health issues. A tango tea with extra peach juice tasted like just tango tea. Food, especially the egg whites, has a freezer burnt taste. Customers often have to ask for remakes. The atmosphere is great, but customers wish for greetings. In contrast, the Starbucks inside the Target store in Boardman is a pleasure. It has a beautiful selection of coffee cups and travel cups, and offers hot or iced coffee. A bag of fresh ground beans of Thanksgiving day blend is a strong one.
