everything about the Dunkin Donuts in the Youngstown and surrounding areas is excellent between the service the quality of the food and coffee down to the customer service it shows that the owner knows what he's doing making his patrons happy
I always come here before work, I work the midnight shift. Let me tell you everyone on the night shift are all very kind. They have really good energy. Sometimes things are out and its understandable because I come so late, but they are all kind and apologetic when that happens.
