“I gotta say all the people I dealt with food business wise that guy Isaiah should have a raise everytime I come order he always has a good attitude and if something messes up in the order he gets me right every food business should have a worker like that guy“

“Called to make an order and a foreign person took my order whom I could barely understand and when I got there to pick up my order they didn't have my order on file at all. So Jessica who was working that day bent over backwards to get our order out and even gave us a discount due to the ordering mistake. Jessica deserves a raise and or put in charge because the manager that day was clueless. We was there may 3rd 2025. Pizza hut needs to fix that ordering process because you shouldn't be talking to a person in Texas if your ordering food in Austintown ohio. They are lucky to have such a good worker like Jessica. Give that lady a raise. They was swamped but she was a solid Rockstar.“

Pizza Hut your call center did not send my order to this location. Having a call center for food orders is the dumbest idea ever!!!!!
The fact that I'm waiting after ordering 20+minutes ago is crap.
The staff here, the food, and the atmosphere are definitely wonderful.
Again call center taking orders and placing them is absolutely stupid.“
