“My family was in town for a burial of our loved one. We stopped at Pizza Hut after. There was 20 plus of us. The waitress, Kelly, was very accommodating for all of us. She went above and beyond to meet our thirsty requests and arranged the dinner room to fit us all so we could sit together. Our pizza was delicious and fast. Strongly recommend“
“My only objections is that Pizza Hut has swapped to using DoorDash rather than there own drivers. I have had my food stolen by DD more than once.
Fortunately! The manager asked no questions and remade my order when I went to the store to complain. I've always gotten excellent service from the actual staff in this store.
And I miss the amazingly friendly drivers that used to being my pizza to me quickly and consistently!“

“Pizza Hut on fifth Avenue is really a good Pizza Hut. I travel to many of them throughout Pittsburgh city and Reli couldn’t find a good a good one that had great service great food and a great atmosphere and I found one here in city Pittsburgh Pizza Hut on fifth Avenue is great The way they work with you as a customer. I really enjoy and I appreciate the kind and friendly fast service. Faith faith is amazing. I really do appreciate her. She has wonderful customer service skills and great management skills as well and Lena. She’s also awesome too. I’ll continue to be back as long as you exist. Don’t fit five let’s go fifth Avenue.“
“Ordered on the website, they put pizza sauce on a pizza that we had ordered with BBQ sauce. It kinda ruined the pizza, but ate it because the store was already closed. Stopped back by the store a few days later when we couldn't get through on the phone. The same person was working from when we picked up the pizza. They made us another pizza right then with the BBQ sauce, it was good.“
“The food here is on point. It tastes like Pizza Hut from the 80s when it was good everywhere. These are the breadsticks I love and remember. If all the PH's tasted like this they wouldn't be in the slump they're in lately. It's also a dine-in location with the great classic building, except it has a black roof instead of red. The only thing they need is to put back the classic PH stained glass tiffany style lamps over all the tables.“
“I was so impressed with Sarah's customer service skills and management skills. When I picked up my order, it was incorrect, I orxered chicken sausage and it was grilled chicen. I was frustrated cause tge lication by by job was closed and I drove accross town, the order was wrong and I was on a time cruch for my lunch break. Sarah reviwed the reciept that printed out and in the system, they both said chicken and did not identify either. I assured her I ordered correctly and re-ordered on my ownto show her. She already said she would make me anotber an identified a system error. While waiting 3 people came in to pick up orders, thats when I realized she waa the onky one working, making food, managing the register, online orders and answering questions. She never git frustrated and when oeople came she had the orders ready. She never got frustrated, she waa just managing. She took the time to great everyone and was polite and professional. I left with a smile cause of her committment.“
