“Pepitos is a very unique blend of American and Peruvian food. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I went with some friends who got some of the burgers, and I tried the big boy sandwich. Prices are very reasonable as the sandwiches are massive and come with a big side of bacon cheese fries. The burgers were big enough to be split into 2 meals, and my big boy sandwich was big enough for 4 meals easily. Everyone enjoyed their food, and many of the sandwiches were unlike anything I’ve ever had in a good way. All the ingredients complimented each other. I’ll definitely be back to try some a burger or hot dog next time.“

“This was my first time going there. I've heard so much about them now. I live just down the street from them. I had ordered the chicken ranch and bacon sandwich. The sandwich was horrible. It had a 1 a piece of bacon on it that looked like it was sitting around for about a week. It was soggy and black and dark. Now, we all know. Bacon is supposed to be crispy if I didn't ask for the onions, I guess that's all that would have been on. There would be just the bacon in the sauce. The sandwich was called and so was the fries. The fries did not have any salt on them. All I can say is that it was horrible. And I will not be going back again. I do not understand how they got 4 or 5 stars.“

We had a newborn in the parking lot and had eaten out food in the car, so we were parked outside for a while (our baby then had thrown up so we were outside of the car cleaning up and such) and because of that a staff member came out and asked if we were okay which was really nice!“

“Don't like that it's hard to find parking. Unfortunately the location attacks a lot of homeless people, a guy was laying on the ground out front an the outside just looks very dirty an smell of urine. Inside was clean. “There aren't too many of these places left and I'm glad this one in Penn Hills got it together, cause they used to be HORRIBLE. They have improved in a MAJOR way as far as the SERVICE. The past few times I've been in there, the people taking the orders were prompt and polite. Even if they were busy, someone at least acknowledged you. That alone went a long way compared to what it used to be. I'm thankful for the new leadership in that place, it's made a difference. The food is what the food is. Lol. It's still good ole Long John Silver. It's nice, cause it's hasn't taken forever to get the food either. The crew in the kitchen was on it. And heck.... They even have a large type matt on the floor where you order your food, so your not sliding your feet across the floor from all the grease in the air lol ... Great job Long Silver, I hope they are able to keep up the now good service.“

“Great burgers , fries & milkshakes“

“Some of the best burgers I've had, nice hotdogs as well. My partner had one of their new veggie burgers last time and she loved it.
It's nice that they always ask before adding toppings or condiments, my partner can't have mayo and some other places will just slap it on without asking.
Overall, really good food, pretty damn quick at a damn good price. Can't recommend enough.

We came in 12•13 at 3 to get some post shopping snacks. We were greeted by a young lady named Tao who was super friendly and patient when taking our order. Her manager, whose name I did not catch but she was a taller lady with curly hair who put down her previous activity to help Tao make our food, was more than happy to chat with us while we waited and even gave us fresh turn-overs! “We went on a Saturday evening around 6:30 pm. We used the app to order, which was pretty difficult to get started. We got there about 5 minutes before our pick-up time, and got our food around 5 minutes past our pick-up time. The food was great! Hot and very good. We did not get drinks or shakes this time. “I had a great experience during my first visit to Firehouse Subs. I was going to work, and stopped by here to get the sandwich. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavour. I ordered the Hook & Ladder sandwich, and I would highly recommend trying it — it was delicious and made perfectly.

I would also like to shoutout to the girl working there who helped me choose and customize the best sandwich. She was very kind and happily added extra toppings to make it exactly how I wanted. She provided amazing customer service and made my visit even better.

I was very satisfied with both the food and the service, and I will definitely be visiting this store again. Highly recommend giving Firehouse Subs a try!“

“One of the cleanest Burger Kings I've ever been in! Plenty of booths & tables. Ample parking. They had a coloring station for the kids with crayons & pages. They even hung up some of their artwork. “First time coming to this location because we went here for lunch yesterday and I'd say our experience was excellent. The service was very quick. Got our orders within like 5 minutes and everything was served hot and delicious.

I wish I took pics of our orders but we were both starving, but I enjoyed the curly fries, the Angus cheesesteak (this was so good, I wish it's not a limited item), and their chicken tenders - which by far - the best tasting tenders I've had. Better than other restaurants around.

Also, kudos to the staff keeping this restaurant clean and well maintained. One of your staffs cleaned up the tables and the tables of other people after they left.

“I'm giving this a 5, because of the excellent way the young lady handled the situation. It was later at night and every other Subway was closed. This location said open. What the site DIDN'T say was that it was for pick up orders only... My phone wouldn't complete the order for some reason. Even though the owner for some reason had this poor girl working by HERSELF AT NIGHT IN OAKLAND at the only open Subway and she was SUPER busy, she took a second to take my order and made sure I was taken care of and did it with a great and positive attitude. I felt so bad that they had her there by herself... She was excellent and courteous. And the food was good as well. I'm appreciative of her.“
