“Chick-fil-A most famous menu is the fried chicken. The signature waffle fries are amazing. They sever them hot. The seating is very comfortable, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The drive thru services is also an option. It’s conveniently located next to Giant Eagle, Marshalls, and Target.

One thing I appreciate most is the women’s restroom. They clearly care about their customers, they even provide hand cream to use after washing your hands.“

“This place is rather peculiar. It's said to be a fast food place but the meal was rather fancy, (just like myself). It took a while to get my meal but that was insignificant, because the food was still delightful, (just like myself). I am delighted to say this is a rather fancy setting. The music was very ambient and peaceful (just like myself.) The queen of England would of been delighted to go here.

“This was my first time going there. I've heard so much about them now. I live just down the street from them. I had ordered the chicken ranch and bacon sandwich. The sandwich was horrible. It had a 1 a piece of bacon on it that looked like it was sitting around for about a week. It was soggy and black and dark. Now, we all know. Bacon is supposed to be crispy if I didn't ask for the onions, I guess that's all that would have been on. There would be just the bacon in the sauce. The sandwich was called and so was the fries. The fries did not have any salt on them. All I can say is that it was horrible. And I will not be going back again. I do not understand how they got 4 or 5 stars.“

“This is the goated Chick-fil-a location! Whether you order through the drive thru, in the restaurant, or on your phone, the service is incredible (usually under 10 minutes from order to food ready). The staff takes great pride in keeping the dining area clean for customers and they have employees wiping down tables regularly. Staff is very friendly and they genuinely care about you as a customer here. Would definitely recommend the Fox Chapel location to anyone nearby looking for a chick-fil-a.“

I am blown away at the quality of the chicken, far exceeds the “other chicken “ place we used to frequent. Not only does the chicken taste gods, sizes are appropriate & not more breading than chicken.

Fries …my fav! Love crinkle cut, even good after travel home. Now for the sauce….chefs kiss! I have to say I’ve never used the dipping sauces provided from other chains, but the Cane sauce is way too good to resist!

“Some of the best burgers I've had, nice hotdogs as well. My partner had one of their new veggie burgers last time and she loved it.
It's nice that they always ask before adding toppings or condiments, my partner can't have mayo and some other places will just slap it on without asking.
Overall, really good food, pretty damn quick at a damn good price. Can't recommend enough.

“We ordered their cheese fries with bacon, and it was really delicious. The fries were flavorful even though they were oily. The bacon bits were really good, and so was the amount of that melty cheese.

One order is good for 2 to 3 people depending on how hungry you are. I think it's worth the price.

However, we thought that some of the fries were pretty burnt in taste.“

“I've been eating Jim's since i was a teenager in the 60s. Unfortunately the famous sauce has been altered and was never as spicy as it is now. Too much heat and spice have ruined Jim's sauce.“

She needs to learn how to provide service where it is needed and/or wanted rather than inserting it by force at every possible moment. Quiet, unobtrusive service is the best way to go. “There aren't too many of these places left and I'm glad this one in Penn Hills got it together, cause they used to be HORRIBLE. They have improved in a MAJOR way as far as the SERVICE. The past few times I've been in there, the people taking the orders were prompt and polite. Even if they were busy, someone at least acknowledged you. That alone went a long way compared to what it used to be. I'm thankful for the new leadership in that place, it's made a difference. The food is what the food is. Lol. It's still good ole Long John Silver. It's nice, cause it's hasn't taken forever to get the food either. The crew in the kitchen was on it. And heck.... They even have a large type matt on the floor where you order your food, so your not sliding your feet across the floor from all the grease in the air lol ... Great job Long Silver, I hope they are able to keep up the now good service.“
