Not sure what is happening, but avoid this place on rush hour. Doors are locked, drive through only, lines forever. Only ever seems like they have one or 2 people working there. maybe Arby's can spend less on the ad budget and more on paying quality staff, although, that might be a cultural issue with teens in the area.
They always!! Forget to put one of the items in my to go ?. Always. I've finally stopped going home first. I stop there n look in the bag to check if it's all there. N now I keep the receipt. So I can price I did order stuff. I feel like going some where else.

Went late, fealt bad - we were the only car. Guy was real nice at the window, but when I got home there was like no meat on my 1/4 pounder beef n cheddar! I mean, lol. On the plus, I expected somewhat stale cheese sticks and fries, which really weren't.
