Arby's is a hit or miss. The drive-thru service was friendly, but the 1/4 pound beef n cheddar lacked meat. Orders are often missing items, leading to double-checking before leaving. Substitutions like crinkle cut fries instead of curly fries are common, and toppings like whipped cream on a mint milkshake are frequently forgotten. Despite these issues, the food quality is consistent, with cheese sticks and fries being surprisingly fresh. Hopefully, the restaurant will improve and return to providing accurate and complete orders.
