The food and taste is pretty good. I love this place because of the bagels taste. But the only promblem is they rush it way to fast and sloppily put it together. I understand they want to get all the customers very fast but you cant cut it all the way through and put it on nicely?
We don't have Bruegger's Bagels where we live so we are always excited when we find one on our travels.At the time of our visit, the dining area was closed, so we had to eat in our car. I am not sure why they decided to do this.We ordered two smoked salmon bagels. My wife's bagel had nearly twice the salamon and mine had almost none. When you are paying nearly $10 for a bagel, this is unsatisfactory.The coffee was decent, but the coffee stataion did not have any cream or sugar.

The man we had to make our bagels was not friendly. My mom asked him how his day was and he just stared at her with a stank look. Our bagels were also not heated thoroughly. The one lady making bagels was very welcoming and nice though. While we were eating our not heated thoroughly bagels that we overhead another guest ask him how his day was and he responded to them, but not us. And after our experience with him we didn’t want to ask him to reheat our bagels.
