“I love Bruegger’s Bagels! The one I used to go to (Cochran) closed a while ago and I held out hopes that it would come back for far too long, but now it’s some healthy fast food place. Boo.

Anyway, this location is great: always clean and well-stocked. Bruegger’s Bagels are far superior to Einstein’s, Panera, etc., so I’m always happy to drive the extra 20-25 minutes to get some.

“The bagels were spot on !! Very good crunch on the crust and soft in the middle.
The lox bagel was absolutely insane- SO GOOD. lots and lots of salmon.
I did have to stand in a line outside and they only let a few people in at a time so if it’s cold which it was - then that’s a bit of a bummer.
But overall well worth the visit!
And even tho it was busy the person at the register still made time to chit chat a bit and was super friendly which I appreciated.“

“Donna A. (or it could be H.). I feel terrible as I just spoke with her. Breuggers used to make the best breakfast sandwich in the world. It was simple. It was elegant. It was tasty, but for some reason some years back they discontinued it. when I called there today to see if it was at all possible to order an egg ham and cheese sandwich, if they’d be able, and this is selfish of me, but I asked them if they could put the ingredients on that sandwich that would make it a true Denver not only did she readily agree to make this for me, but she was in such high spirits. She was so kind. She had a very warm personality. The words that keep coming to mind are ‘model employee’ so to anybody that reads this just know that you if you visit the Breuggers bagels on East Carson at 1801 you’ll be greeted with the best customer service and I’m a firm believer that food accompanied by great customer service makes the food taste even better. Thank you Donna. Because I know this breakfast will be unmatched in fasts.“

“I ordered the Maplehouse sandwich and it was really delicious. The bagel really gave French toast and there was enough sweet without it being overbearing. The sausage and bacon helped with a savory and bit of salt. Egg wasn't really a factor, but I'd ask for a soft yolk. I didn't add the honey almond schmeer or cheddar cheese. I'd order it again 😄“

“The crew here are rockstars, let's start with that. The last time I was here the drive thru line was incredibly long in addition to a fairly large crowd inside. The team here was hustling and quite on top of things. The wait in line was minimized and our food served pretty quickly. Kudos to this team for being so on top of things.

As one would expect the bagels were really good. I had a sandwich on the hashbrown bagel and it was really good. I highly recommend grabbing a sandwich. That said it may not be worth it to grab a combo. The drinks and coffees are good but the hashbrown included as part of the combo was average at best. Not very flavorful to me. I added a little salt and pepper and that certainly enhanced the flavor.

While here I got a standard coffee and was thrilled to see a vanilla hazelnut blend out on the coffee bar. That was a great brew and I likely drank more coffee than I should in the end.“

“Great to be able to sit down and eat in the store again. The staff is always friendly, and they're attentive to every detail. A suggestion for Corporate: Get the drink cooler out front fixed. They can't display all the chilled wares, including all the great cream cheese options.

“The bagels are spot on. I got the asiago bagel and you could actually taste the cheese and the chew on the bagel was phenomenal. You add in the garden veggie cream cheese and this thing was next world. I cant speak for anything else on the menu but the staff was friendly and the bagel was no ordinary bagel that just hit the spot. Would highly recommend!“

“I went here for breakfast with my family, the food was good and the service was great considering how busy they were.

There was at least 20 people in this small shop for at all times while we were there and the employees were crushing it.“

“The Owner David is humble and friendly. The chili and bagels are delicious. Brueggers is down the street, but i take this over a chain every time! If you dance from the entrance to the counter up front you get a free lemonade! Cozy little bagel shop in Sq. Hill. Check them out for good food in a good atmosphere!“
