My first visit to Pigeon Café in Pittsburgh was filled with pleasant surprises. Despite the initial wait due to the café's cozy policy of allowing only five patrons in at a time, the experience inside was worth the brief ten-minute line. Amazing bagels. Be ready to stand outside waiting since so many people love this place. They only allow 5 people in the building at a time which I really appreciated; they work fast but it makes things feel less hectic.
I spend a lot of time in New York City and regularly stash bagels from my favorite spot there in my luggage to bring home.
