well, we Use to Love Einstein's, especially the sesame (husband's fav) & the everything (mine) but will not be going back if they continue as they have the last two visits. Bagels were huge & completely FLAT! Did not taste the same, just Bready!!! Square shaped. Not a Bagel Shape. Texture so so off. WHAT IS HAPPENING! Ordered cream cheese, got a butter-like substance, asked for toasted, Not Toasted! Tomatoes soft, seemed old. SHOULD BE COMPENSATED SOMEHOW!!!!
