Quick service, super nice staff, really great bagels and sandwiches :-)
Location is convenient for me. Food is consistent and service is friendly. Prices are so/so but not outrageous.
Only knock is the speed of service. Location is usually busy and almost always understaffed so drive through times, especially if there are more than 2 people in line, can really stack up.

Former baker who made authentic scratch bagels, boiled them, baked in rotating Marshall Middleby (iykyk) at former Barsottis bakery. Einstein's are as close to authentic as I've had. Dont know but likely high gluten flour. Chewy, stay fresh for days, flavorful. I love the pumpernickel, slight onion flavor. Great for my salmon w red onion, capers and tomato. The service was excellent and management was attentive. This place should sell out everyday. Great place.

Einstein Bros. Bagels offers a terrific experience, with delicious bagels and outstanding coffee. Customers praise the real eggs in the bagel sandwiches and the fresh, non-bitter breakfast blend coffee. The crew here are rockstars, hustling and quite on top of things, minimizing wait times and serving food pretty quickly. The bagels were really good, and a hashbrown bagel sandwich is highly recommended. Drinks and coffees are good, with a great vanilla hazelnut blend brew available. Great service from a very friendly staff is also noted. However, there have been issues with popular items like onion bagels being out of stock, suggesting a need for better management of inventory. Overall, it is recommended for a satisfying bagel sandwich and great coffee.
