“I went inside today to order. The lady at the register was so polite and smiled. She offered suggestions and put in my order. She then began filling up packets, keeping busy with things rather than talking on her phone. Someone on the grill waved to me and smiled. My order was filled promptly and (this is very important), the sandwich was put together carefully. I am so tired of getting sandwiches that are falling apart or coming apart. Kudos to staff and to Burger King. A really nice experience.“

“I immediately made reservations when I found out they were closing. This is one of my favorite restaurants. It is conveniently located. The food is phenomenal, service the best and wine list extensive. The dining room is cozy and comfortable. My friend and I shared a bottle of wine, appetizers and dessert. We both had the salmon. Every thing was delicious. I bought a couple of bottles of wine which they were selling to go. I will miss Mary's Vine. I'm so sorry they had to close. Pittsburgh will be missing a great dining experience.“

“Pepitos is a very unique blend of American and Peruvian food. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I went with some friends who got some of the burgers, and I tried the big boy sandwich. Prices are very reasonable as the sandwiches are massive and come with a big side of bacon cheese fries. The burgers were big enough to be split into 2 meals, and my big boy sandwich was big enough for 4 meals easily. Everyone enjoyed their food, and many of the sandwiches were unlike anything I’ve ever had in a good way. All the ingredients complimented each other. I’ll definitely be back to try some a burger or hot dog next time.“

“Food is always great. This is a very busy location and that loses a point for atmosphere for me. Drive thru line was wrapped around the building and people were standing around waiting for food inside. It took a long time for one of 3 not-busy front end workers to offer to help me. “This was my first time going there. I've heard so much about them now. I live just down the street from them. I had ordered the chicken ranch and bacon sandwich. The sandwich was horrible. It had a 1 a piece of bacon on it that looked like it was sitting around for about a week. It was soggy and black and dark. Now, we all know. Bacon is supposed to be crispy if I didn't ask for the onions, I guess that's all that would have been on. There would be just the bacon in the sauce. The sandwich was called and so was the fries. The fries did not have any salt on them. All I can say is that it was horrible. And I will not be going back again. I do not understand how they got 4 or 5 stars.“

“Prompt and efficient staff. We did a walk-in dine-in experience. Our order was taken right away and prepares quickly. Everything was right. The dining room was clean. Things have changed over the years. I remember not too long ago when an order of small fries was quite enough for me, but today it seemed like there was barely anything there. I don't know if they decreased the size of the cardboard containers or what. I do know that small is definitely small and there were no loose fries at the bottom of the bag (or in this case a box). Al in all, not a bad experience for fast food.“

“In full honesty, there isn’t much to an Arby’s, but this one was friendly, clean and made sure I was getting the best deal (given the economy) in my order.

“I came in for a Door Dash. Dining room wasn't busy. But the drive thru was hopping. I asked for the order. An employee named Millie with cool hair told me the nuggets just went down. Offered me a drink. I waited another 90 seconds after getting my drink. Millie chatted the entire time. Very good employee. Deserves a raise. Employee of the month at least.“

“This is probably one of the most well kept, managed and consistent branch in Pittsburgh. Food is always consistently good, service is always exceptional and they always get your order correct. Also as a door dasher, they make it really easy for you to get your order and go, even when extremely busy. I commend the management and the owner of this branch.“

“I stopped going to Subway a few years ago because of quality was terrible. A couple of years ago I moved and was very close to this location in Westview plaza. I don't know if it is just this location or all subways have stepped up their game but I have never gotten a bad meal at this place!
Everything is fresh and it fills me up. The best part is I order through the app and they always have at least buy one get a second for 50% off and run a buy one get one free promotion very frequently. Currently they are doing the buy one get one free promotion and I have gone there three times in the last 5 days. All three times the food was delicious and did not take long to get. I highly recommend this place.“

“There aren't too many of these places left and I'm glad this one in Penn Hills got it together, cause they used to be HORRIBLE. They have improved in a MAJOR way as far as the SERVICE. The past few times I've been in there, the people taking the orders were prompt and polite. Even if they were busy, someone at least acknowledged you. That alone went a long way compared to what it used to be. I'm thankful for the new leadership in that place, it's made a difference. The food is what the food is. Lol. We get it delivered as well.

It’s always fresh TASTY and most importantly affordable!!!

The residents always say the love the food and it was a good amount and the love the fact you get a soda with the catered meals.

“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“
