“I went inside today to order. The lady at the register was so polite and smiled. She offered suggestions and put in my order. She then began filling up packets, keeping busy with things rather than talking on her phone. Someone on the grill waved to me and smiled. My order was filled promptly and (this is very important), the sandwich was put together carefully. I am so tired of getting sandwiches that are falling apart or coming apart. Kudos to staff and to Burger King. A really nice experience.“

Limited seating inside with barstools and bartop for eating, best to get your food to go, as it gets crowded pretty quick around dinner. “This was my first time going there. I've heard so much about them now. I live just down the street from them. I had ordered the chicken ranch and bacon sandwich. The sandwich was horrible. It had a 1 a piece of bacon on it that looked like it was sitting around for about a week. It was soggy and black and dark. Now, we all know. Bacon is supposed to be crispy if I didn't ask for the onions, I guess that's all that would have been on. There would be just the bacon in the sauce. The sandwich was called and so was the fries. The fries did not have any salt on them. All I can say is that it was horrible. And I will not be going back again. I do not understand how they got 4 or 5 stars.“

“My fiancé and I stopped in after leaving the Katy Williams show and both of us ordered the mad chicken sandwich, rice and coleslaw and fries. Everything was fresh and amazing. Mad chicken has never disappointed me.

“This is the goated Chick-fil-a location! Whether you order through the drive thru, in the restaurant, or on your phone, the service is incredible (usually under 10 minutes from order to food ready). The staff takes great pride in keeping the dining area clean for customers and they have employees wiping down tables regularly. Staff is very friendly and they genuinely care about you as a customer here. Would definitely recommend the Fox Chapel location to anyone nearby looking for a chick-fil-a.“

“Chick-fil-A most famous menu is the fried chicken. The signature waffle fries are amazing. They sever them hot. The seating is very comfortable, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The drive thru services is also an option. It’s conveniently located next to Giant Eagle, Marshalls, and Target.

One thing I appreciate most is the women’s restroom. They clearly care about their customers, they even provide hand cream to use after washing your hands.“

“I came in for a Door Dash. Dining room wasn't busy. But the drive thru was hopping. I asked for the order. An employee named Millie with cool hair told me the nuggets just went down. Offered me a drink. I waited another 90 seconds after getting my drink. Millie chatted the entire time. Very good employee. Deserves a raise. Employee of the month at least.“

“Prompt and efficient staff. We did a walk-in dine-in experience. Our order was taken right away and prepares quickly. Everything was right. The dining room was clean. Things have changed over the years. I remember not too long ago when an order of small fries was quite enough for me, but today it seemed like there was barely anything there. I don't know if they decreased the size of the cardboard containers or what. I do know that small is definitely small and there were no loose fries at the bottom of the bag (or in this case a box). Al in all, not a bad experience for fast food.“

One order is good for 2 to 3 people depending on how hungry you are. I think it's worth the price.

“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

“There aren't too many of these places left and I'm glad this one in Penn Hills got it together, cause they used to be HORRIBLE. They have improved in a MAJOR way as far as the SERVICE. The past few times I've been in there, the people taking the orders were prompt and polite. Even if they were busy, someone at least acknowledged you. That alone went a long way compared to what it used to be. I'm thankful for the new leadership in that place, it's made a difference. The food is what the food is. Lol. It's still good ole Long John Silver. It's nice, cause it's hasn't taken forever to get the food either. The crew in the kitchen was on it. And heck.... They even have a large type matt on the floor where you order your food, so your not sliding your feet across the floor from all the grease in the air lol ... The hush puppies have certainly improved, and they are almost as good as I remember they were many years ago.

This visit there was only a small error with our fish & chicken orders (fast food can be a little hectic at times).
