“I was expecting the worst because of the bad reviews, but my service was friendly-ish, my food was hot and it came out in a reasonable amount of time. That might be due to me catching them right when they opened, though. The only reason it loses a star is because they're supposed to be 24 hours but seem to be 8-8 right now.“

“This is THE sandwich shop. Period. Read amazing reviews from people about this place and decided to give it a shot yesterday afternoon. It was by far the best experience I have had in any restaurant in quite some time. I had ordered their Reuben, and I ordered a Steak Hoagie for a family member of mine. When I say I have been eating Reubens for a very long time, I mean it. This was the BEST Reuben I had EVER eaten. My family member also had stated that that was the BEST Steak Hoagie she had EVER eaten as well. Got the Turbo Fries as well, and they came with an absolutely delicious hot sauce that they make in-house. The owner(?) I think was the one who prepared our food, and after we had started to dig into this amazing food, he then proceeded to come over and ask us what we thought of the food. Man if that ain't the most wholesome thing you could experience while eating at a new place, I don't know what is! The woman who took our order was extremely kind and helpful as we ordered. If I could give this place 10/5 for Food, Atmosphere, and Service I absolutely would. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH. You NEED a sandwich like what they make here. “One of the best fried food in town. And I’m talking about this specific branch. The workers are super friendly. I’ve been in Pittsburgh for about 5 years and I can finally say that I found my spot for fried chicken. Their grilled chicken is dope and if you’re into grilled chicken wings then you must try theirs. I highly recommend it! Bang for your buck!“
“How does every chic fil a have the best, happiest employees!!? I also am picky. So my order can get confusing. I eat at chic fil a a lot! And they never mess my order up! Best mac and cheese. Also the line can always look intimidating. It started out long 1 lane we got through and food in 15 mins! They are very efficient pushing people through ( with the right order )“
“We love Pirollo’s. The place is small but immaculate. The staff have always been friendly and efficient. The battleships are excellent with quality ingredients. Hours are limited but it’s definitely worth it to make the effort to stop in.“
