“This place was recommended to me by a friend, and it absolutely did not disappoint. Great service, chatted with one of the owners. He shared his families beginnings, starting with his Nana’s exceptional recipes. They use quality ingredients… then they add pure love, respect and consistency in the food that they put forth daily. Great people, great story and great pizza. The dough was light and crispy, a perfect mix so the toppings can shine! Cash only. A definite must if you’re in Verona!”

“Discovered this locally owened business and highly recommend! Ordered beef brisket and pulled pork; there were two sauce choice, BBQ and mustard, recommend the mustard. Both entrees were smoky, tender, and flavorful. The pork had a nice bark on it. The collard greens were delightfully spicy and the brussel sprouts were crisp with a surprising vinegar dressing. Acoustic guitar from 7pm to 9pm was awesome, as was the beer list...a dozen beers on draft.Highly recommend and will return!”

“The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was cooked well and so delicious! The parking lot was full so we thought we might have trouble getting a table but they had tables available so don't let the full parking lot keep you from stopping in.”

“Our server was spectacular. She was personable and very knowledgeable about the menu items. When I asked for my steak omelet to be "well done" she replied that she knows the cook very well and he doesn't make runny omelets so she hesitant to make that request on the check for fear it may be over done. My omelet was perfect. Everything was piping hot and the prices are reasonable. Everyone in our party was very pleased with their meals! Highly recommend!!Dietary restrictions: Server was very friendly and had no problem with requests for substitutions.”

“Called ahead for a Saturday night reservation on a Saturday morning...got a reservation 15 minutes from requested time and was seated promptly.Read the recent reviews, therefore, did not order fried zucchini, or any appetizer, as thep portions were described as large, and they were!The wedding soup was served steaming hot with tender meatballs; could have used more pepper.Ordered two entrees;Alla pescatore, which contrary to recent reviews, was served with firm, not mushy linguine. Garlickly flavor aand could have been tastier with some red pepper flakes.Neptune, with veal, was one of the few entrees served without pasta. “I had an event at the Verona tap room last night and it was amazing. Jennifer and the rest of the staff were so accommodating. We booked the tap room for 30 people and had plenty of space. They spun my vinyl records, played a movie that went along with the theme of my party and created a signature cocktail for my guests. I would strongly recommend having any of your functions at Inner Groove brewery.”

“Support your local brewer and get down to Cellar Works in the heart of Verona. This is just a taproom, not their main brewery, which is in Sarver, so no food offerings here and the tap selections are a bit different. That said, you’ll find a nice variety of stuff. Their sours are particularly good, if you’re into that sort of thing. I’ll be back.”

“Great Chinese takeout spot, so funny when you call in an order the nice woman always says "15 minutes". Highly recommend the Shrimp Egg rolls and the House Fried rice.”

“We love Pirollo’s. The place is small but immaculate. The staff have always been friendly and efficient. The battleships are excellent with quality ingredients. Hours are limited but it’s definitely worth it to make the effort to stop in.”

“This McDonald's is solid. Sometimes they make mistakes but overall this staff and location is great. Fresh and excellent food. The managers and all the staff are friendly. This is my go to as it is literally 3 minutes from my house. They know me now ? Love it.”

“I was expecting the worst because of the bad reviews, but my service was friendly-ish, my food was hot and it came out in a reasonable amount of time. That might be due to me catching them right when they opened, though. The only reason it loses a star is because they're supposed to be 24 hours but seem to be 8-8 right now.”
