For six years I have been looking for a new favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh since my old favorite one closed. I have never found a place that had the perfect food and atmosphere I was looking for until I entered Lilith last night. Everything about this restaurant is phenomenal. My husband and I came to Lilith to celebrate our anniversary. We had an insanely perfect meal! We shared the shrimp ceviche and tuna tartare appetizers, and I enjoyed the scallops while he had the fillet for dinner. All of the food was incredible! Furthermore, the service was above and beyond. Lilith is a seafood restaurant with a good vibe and spot-on decoration. The menu is short and sweet, perfect for seafood lovers, and features locally sourced ingredients. The dishes are cooked perfectly, especially the oysters, octopus salad, and autumn squash raviolis with mushrooms. While portion sizes are small and prices are high, the desserts are beautiful and delicious. The cozy, upscale atmosphere, friendly staff, and fantastic service create a lovely dining experience. The fancy lobster rolls, beef filet, ravioli, rosemary focaccia bread, and desserts are highly recommended. Overall, Lilith offers a fantastic evening with great food and a welcoming atmosphere that is worth seeking out.
