A group of 5 of us visited Dish last night and the meals were amazing. Grilled Squid, the best I have ever had. Where else can you find it not breaded and fried? Add to that their amazing sardines so fresh and good. Pasta Funghi another high. Exquisite detail to taste in every dish. The owners go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and happy and very satisfied. Beyond being some of the (if not the sole) best Italian food I have ever had, what stands out most about Dish Osteria is their commitment to true hospitality; we arrived early to have drinks at the bar, and from the start we were treated with care and true personal interest. The food was excellent!! Our server Andre was very attentive and gave great suggestions! The gnocchi short rib ragu was some of the best I've ever had. The pork chop was sublime and prepared perfectly. Ended a wonderful dinner with tiramisu and lemoncello cheesecake - *chef's kiss* Will definitely be back!
