Oh and I ordered online so I paid for my drink. Was never offered something new in return for my slush. I emailed cooperate I still have not received anything about it. Its been over a week . Will never return to any.“

“Honestly, we were not expecting much coming in, especially since we arrived at 9pm. Despite the bad reviews, we decided to try it out. I am so glad we did. Everything was in stock (not expecting that), super kind and generous on the portions, and cleaner than most chipotles. We were treated with kindness, and would come back.“

“I went here this afternoon for lunch with my mom and twins. It was the most professional McDonald's I have ever been too. The employees made the food quick and the order was correct. The gentleman who walks around helping people in the dining room was great and very helpful considering my twins are a handful. This was the best McDonald's experience Ive ever had.“

If there were any problems the managers will quickly address the problem and try to make everything right just for happy customer and raving fan! “There aren't too many of these places left and I'm glad this one in Penn Hills got it together, cause they used to be HORRIBLE. They have improved in a MAJOR way as far as the SERVICE. The past few times I've been in there, the people taking the orders were prompt and polite. Even if they were busy, someone at least acknowledged you. That alone went a long way compared to what it used to be. I'm thankful for the new leadership in that place, it's made a difference. The food is what the food is. Lol. It's still good ole Long John Silver. It's nice, cause it's hasn't taken forever to get the food either. The crew in the kitchen was on it. And heck.... They even have a large type matt on the floor where you order your food, so your not sliding your feet across the floor from all the grease in the air lol ... Great job Long Silver, I hope they are able to keep up the now good service.“

“We have always had great experiences at this Arby's location. The staff are always friendly and professional. I've always liked the food at Arby's, but the truth is that the staff here make all the difference.

“Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“

First time I tried something on the menu and did not like it but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time and loved the food and the prices. A place where when I go is mostly teens. They do have great customer service. On the phone and pick up. Plus its local so after work is super convenient. The garlic on tje crust is was sold me. Moral of the story if you have 1 bad experience always give it a second shot.“

“One of the cleanest Burger Kings I've ever been in! Plenty of booths & tables. Ample parking. They had a coloring station for the kids with crayons & pages. They even hung up some of their artwork. Very family friendly. I used a coupon no problem. Order was fast and accurate. Food was hot. Whoever is training and managing the team is doing a great job. Highly recommend.“

“Just had a great experience with this store. There were some quality issues with an order I had. They asked me to bring it in and made fresh items that were perfect.

Now that to me should be expected. It was how nice the entire store was both when I called and when I came back in. There was no attitude or disrespect. They genuinely seemed concerned about the issue and wanted to make it right. I truly appreciate the kindness and great service I received.“

It's worth looking in your mail or inside local magazines for discount coupons that reduce the price by several dollars or by a percentage of the total bill. These Subs are not cheap but they're also a higher quality than what is available at some places.“

“New manager, Tiffany is very good! Steak bites we tasty a little dry said use by 9:53 am but I order per receipt at 12:09 pm…. I didn’t ask for a refund because they were still tasty. They just would’ve been better how they not been dry but the barbecue sauce she recommended made the difference. I don’t wanna waste food otherwise I would’ve given it five stars but the service was five stars and I don’t wanna create any problems. “Your local Taco Bell I have to say for Taco Bell's this is a good one The location is clean the food is consistent the service staff is friendly and for Taco Bell you can't really ask for much more than that. I think that the atmosphere is located in the panel shopping Center on a hill and it's actually a good environment to eat and the most important thing I can say again is the place is clean. If you ever get that Taco Bell urge that unfortunately happens once in a while this is a good location to fulfill that at.“

Staff were extremely polite and friendly, moreso than most fast food restaurants, about on par with a nice diner. Would visit again next time I'm passing through and need something quick to eat. “This location was a little bit more organized than other locations. Went through the drive-through to get a late lunch of chicken. There was no wait in the drive-through line.. It came out hot with some honey mustard sauce and I was on my way. The cashier was efficient and greeted me. I drove to the PICK-UP window and it was out and about 30 seconds with a thank you.“

“This is def my fave local subway location. I’m not sure what her name is and I’ll def make sure to get it next time but whoever was your closing employee 4/8/24 has once again done an amazing job. She makes sure the orders are what the customer is looking for exactly and really goes out of her way to do so. She’s such an asset to your team!! She has given me an exact same experience a few months ago when I told her that I had ordered a sandwich from the McKnight Road location and had a really horrible experience. She went out of her way to make sure my sandwich was exactly what I was looking for. And did so again tonight, even though I came in really close to closing. I really appreciate her and I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves.“

“I ordered a large stuffed crust meat lovers with olives and mushrooms added. Had to go back to let them know that the mushrooms or olives weren’t added, but the gentleman immediately told me he was going to put a new one in and apologized for the minor mistake. I’m very glad that they made it right immediately 😊“
