“It was an excellent experience.

We did have an issue with the order though. I'm lactose intolerant and specifically said no cheese for my bacon burger. It showed up with cheese. This was quickly remedied once I let them know the error (drastic change from the last time there was an issue with an order - we were told to pick off the offending ingredients).“

My husband and I ordered a drink we didn't like, so we went back to the speaker to order another and expected to pay for it, cause it was out fault we didn't like it
But the lady that gave us the new drink said it was on them and that we didn't have to pay!

“Something at the Mills location has seriously improved in the last month. We used to have awful experiences with missing items and wrong orders every single time—especially with veggie bowls coming with no veggies or lettuce. We love Chipotle and kept trying, but eventually gave up.
A few weeks ago we gave it another chance, and the food was perfect. Everything was correct and ready on time. We tried again… perfect again. Third time tonight—still perfect.
Whatever changed, please keep it up! And please keep those veggies in stock for us vegetarians!“

“I went to Chicken Fil A in Fox Chapel on Thursday and was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant, as well as the excellent service. The bathrooms are spotless, the dining room is spotless, and the food, as always, is delicious. By far the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to.“

“I went here this afternoon for lunch with my mom and twins. It was the most professional McDonald's I have ever been too. The employees made the food quick and the order was correct. The gentleman who walks around helping people in the dining room was great and very helpful considering my twins are a handful. This was the best McDonald's experience Ive ever had.“

“We love Pirollo’s. The place is small but immaculate. The staff have always been friendly and efficient. The battleships are excellent with quality ingredients. Hours are limited but it’s definitely worth it to make the effort to stop in.“

“I arrived not long after they opened and I received the BEST meal I have ever had at a LJS. I've been a loyal customer for decades and since it is harder to find locations I go out of my way when I travel to get my fix.
The employee who packed my order was super kind and as I said the food was delicious.
My only issue is the condition of the store. And honestly this complaint goes for a number of locations left in the area. The store is in BAD shape. I've worked in food service for over 35 years and if the dining room that patrons see is in such a state of disarray then I can't even imagine what the kitchen and BOH areas look like. It would take a full day of deep cleaning, scrubbing and detailing to get the dining room to a somewhat acceptable level. The Butler location is bad too but not nearly as bad as this location but I will say the food at Butler left much to be desired the last time I was there.
I'm not in the Pittsburgh area much these days but if I do return I'll stick with the drive thru right at open in the hopes that I'm not reminded of the condition of the restaurant.“

“What a strange place! A big dining room with maybe eight tables in it? The food was okay. Portion sizes seem a bit small for the price, and the steak was a bit dry. I have the pepperoni cheese steak, and I wasn't impressed. Pepperoni really doesn't add a good flavor on top of steak.“

“Haven't had Long John's in awhile. DeCife on Mother's Day I give it a try. What a mistake food was cooked in dirty grease taste awful and look just as bad! Really upset with this use to love there food ready when downhill since I ate there before never again!“

“Already excited to go back! I ordered the Chicago Deep Dish pizza and the Italian hoagie, and after a recent trip to Chicago I honestly wasn’t expecting much from the deep dish. I was completely blown away. The crust, the sauce, the whole thing was incredible — and the hoagie was just as impressive. Grandslam Pizza is a must‑try. They also run tons of specials, so keep an eye on their social media for deals.“

“Drive thru service was good. Worker was friendly & smiled. Food order was correct. Only complaint a receipt could not be given due to this location had the receipt paper on order & it was already on wait for 2 weeks, per the attendant at the drive thru window.“

“Lunch rush mishap.
There was a decent amount of patrons when I entered. The crew was noticably busy with online orders and a large line at the counter.
They took my order and asked my name. Guy said someone with same name was ahead of me, so he added "v2" to the end of my name on the ticket.
Well.... I waited.... and waited until I realized people who ordered after me, got their food before me.
Told them I'm still waiting.... They must have given the order away to someone else or couldn't read the ticket properly.

But they corrected the issue in a timely manner.“

“Harmarville location was my family's savior today! Sonics in Pgh Mills never took our order so we went to Burger King and our grandchildren were VERY happy! “New manager, Tiffany is very good! Steak bites we tasty a little dry said use by 9:53 am but I order per receipt at 12:09 pm…. I didn’t ask for a refund because they were still tasty. They just would’ve been better how they not been dry but the barbecue sauce she recommended made the difference. I don’t wanna waste food otherwise I would’ve given it five stars but the service was five stars and I don’t wanna create any problems. “Idk why this place has so few stars. Its the only tacobell that is friendly and quick after 11pm. The employees in monroeville stops serving entirely after 8pm due to laziness so I always end up at this one. I know positivity is not heard often in the industry, but keep up the work.“

“Was running late for work and dove in here to have some MCDs for the first time in a while, partially for nourishment, partially for the monopoly game. Harry was super understanding when I told him I’m running late and helped put some pep in my order being produced. Also a very clean environment. I knew going in this experience would make or break my McDonalds commitment. Definitely made it! Well done.“

“The food was what you would expect. Good but obviously still fast food. Service was exceptional. Staff were extremely polite and friendly, moreso than most fast food restaurants, about on par with a nice diner. Would visit again next time I'm passing through and need something quick to eat. Not having to deal with rude or lazy staff is worth driving a little out of the way for this Wendy's, within reason.“

“Good subs...hot and cold. The staff is accommodating to special requests, like using a different cheese on a sandwich or adding lettuce and tomato to normally naked sandwiches. It's worth looking in your mail or inside local magazines for discount coupons that reduce the price by several dollars or by a percentage of the total bill. These Subs are not cheap but they're also a higher quality than what is available at some places.“
