Want better stars? Answer the phone when customers call .... and make sure your employees are giving the deliveries their drinks because for some reason Doordashers aren't smart enough to ask if there are any.
I bought a chalupa at 7:30 in the evening and the shell was so hard it literally crumbled in my hands, and it had very little meat on it at all my taco also had very little meat. For the cost this was very disappointing. It may have just been the fact that it was late evening. I have never had food like this at Taco Bell. This is very abnormal.

I've been coming here for years. They're pretty consistent. The customer service has always been satisfactory, at the least, the food has always been well prepared and portioned, and the restaurant has never been filthy. This is one of my favorite Taco Bells, if I had to choose.
