I mean, it's McDonalds. We all know what we are going to get when we go there. Consistent fast food. I got a bag of sausage mcmuffins since we had company and we just felt like something quick and familiar. This fit the bill. Delicious.
Never really had any bad experiences here. It’s probably one of the better ones in the area in my opinion.The only thing I don’t like is that since they remodeled the building, it is very dark and sad looking. I wish they’d repaint it and make it brighter looking.

This is the BEST McDonald's in the area. I live in New Ken & the closest McDonald's is in Lower Burrell. That McDonald's is dirty, staff is rude & food not prepared properly. The McDonald's franchise owner in Natrona Heughts should buy the store in Lower Burrell. The Natrona Heights McDonald's staff is friendly, efficient, the food great & the store is spotless. You should get 6 stars!
