“New manager, Tiffany is very good! Steak bites we tasty a little dry said use by 9:53 am but I order per receipt at 12:09 pm…. I didn’t ask for a refund because they were still tasty. They just would’ve been better how they not been dry but the barbecue sauce she recommended made the difference. I don’t wanna waste food otherwise I would’ve given it five stars but the service was five stars and I don’t wanna create any problems. I know she’s something out from another location which is awesome. Look forward to seeing her again great employee/manager!“

“My 5 year old wanted the oreo dirt pie blizzard. The worker said I couldn't have it because it was only available through online ordering. So if I wanted it, I'd have to download an app and order it there. While I'm literally in the drive thru lane. I just thought this was dumb. I mean, they have the stuff to make it. I wanted it. But couldn't get it. Just really dumb.“

“Got treats for 4 for only $21. Tons of variety and always delicious. I got a hot fudge sundae with whitehouse cherry custard. I have no regrets. The lovely girl behind the counter was thoughtful enough to bag up our stuff to go without me having to ask.“

“Haven't had Long John's in awhile. DeCife on Mother's Day I give it a try. What a mistake food was cooked in dirty grease taste awful and look just as bad! Really upset with this use to love there food ready when downhill since I ate there before never again!“

“I want to give shout-out to Brooke. I got a sandwich today and when I came in there were already two people ahead of me and at least two online orders she was juggling. By time the people in front of me were done, there were about four people in line behind me, line almost out the door, and at least three more online orders had come in. Brooke kept hustling and still got me in and out quickly, and didn't seem to be breaking a sweat in a situation where I personally would be very stressed out. She held her ground and just kept chugging through the line and balanced doing the online orders fairly with taking the people physically in the store. I wish she had someone there to help her but she can hold her own!

I also want to commend this store for its commitment to improving their craft. It's easy to look at it like it's just a sandwich but I've seen them revise their process in a way that makes me feel like they really care about what they're doing. They've started putting the cheese on before the meat, which toasts better, and putting the sauces on before the veggies so that it doesn't splat out everywhere when they close the bread. Simple changes, but ones they've committed to that make a difference. I don't know if that's a corporate move or a franchise one but either way, the folks that work here do seem to care about the quality of their work and to care about the people they serve.“

“Drive thru service was good. Worker was friendly & smiled. Food order was correct. Only complaint a receipt could not be given due to this location had the receipt paper on order & it was already on wait for 2 weeks, per the attendant at the drive thru window.“

“Visited the Natrona Heights location around 1130pm tonight after working a very looong and hard stretch of nightshifts the last few days. I was exhausted, and still had to feed my kids, and only had change to pay with to get by til payday. (I know this is not ideal,and can be annoying,as I'm also in the service industry,I know it can be frustrating) But The gentleman manager on shift this evening was just so kind and polite even though it was late, he was still very pleasant which was refreshing. The food was incredibly fresh and well made! It was the best couple tacos we've ever received from any taco bell location. I wish I knew his name to thank him with recognition, but I hope he knows I appreciated him and his staff this evening. They were a breath of fresh air!

“This is one of the cleanest and friendliest subways in this area. The TEENAGERS who work here, are absolutely wonderful to the people who respect them. As it should be. If you want better service from them, be better customers! I can personally attest to the level of compassion to simply want to make sure you get what you ask for, comes from this establishment! WITHOUT attitude as some others have complained. Through covid, these girls have taken just about every initiative they can to assure healthy and safe service. This is their job. They are not required to respect you. You came there. You opened your rude mouth, and you didn't speak to the person who upset you, about upsetting you. When you review, insert the part where you do the douche bag thing and let us decide the value of service. No shirt. No shoes. No respect. No service. Have a great day! “Just had a great experience with this store. There were some quality issues with an order I had. They asked me to bring it in and made fresh items that were perfect.

Now that to me should be expected. It was how nice the entire store was both when I called and when I came back in. There was no attitude or disrespect. They genuinely seemed concerned about the issue and wanted to make it right. I truly appreciate the kindness and great service I received.“

“The Taco Bell right here was pretty cool too service was pretty cool all through the drive-thru they giving your money's worth my woman was happy and that's all that mattered they gave us a courtesy cup of water that I needed for my dog or my girlfriend's dog and it was pretty cool so as long as she's happy I was happy“
