“This place is AMAZING! My mom and I are in town for a college tour, and many people were walking around with the ice cream so I suggested we give it a try. Immediately the two guys in there were delightful and very helpful and cheery. The atmosphere was so fun the moment we walked in. The flavors were amazing and I almost couldn’t choose between the Thin Mint and the Pittsburgh Pride. I ended up going with the latter. It is like brownie/oreo/cookie chunks and butterscotch. There might be another thing added. My mom got the pear flavor. We are both extremely satisfied with our choices. They did say that the flavors change up pretty often - for example, they’re getting ready for Blackberry Lemonade. But Pittsburgh Pride will always be available. So if you’re looking for a cute little dessert place after dinner, this is the place!“
“The best ice cream and homemade cones around! Jerry is the sweetest guy- he gave my kids half dollars, extra ice cream, and homemade waffle cone pieces! The black raspberry was the best we've ever had, and we also enjoyed the ample seating and green space while the kids played.“
“Everything here is good. I love the many different delicious flavors, the way they use their ice cream in waffle taco shells or in a delicious twister. The fact that they have online ordering and alot of staff (hard to see nowadays) to make your experience fast, smooth, and delicious. They also have a bunch of different deals or specials to keep the business exciting and fresh. Emmerling ice cream will NOT disappoint. It's a staple to not only the community but the surrounding areas also. They show support for all of the local school districts also.“
“The coffee is absolutely delicious as are the various snacks they provide like cookies and muffins. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful for suggestions on what you'd like. I don't drink coffee much and she matched me to the perfect type for me. The store is a cute hole in the wall you won't regret going too. Love it!“
“Big thing here for the non-locals - CASH ONLY !The owner is one of the most down to earth people you'll meet. All the ice cream here is lovely, haven't had one bad thing here. There is no hard serve ice cream, but you can figure that out based on doing basic research. The place is exactly how you see it as well, right off of 5th avenue, so if there is a massive line you'll wait and like it!There usually isn't ever a large line and there is shaded seating on the left side of the building. They have blizzards, cones, sundaes, milkshakes and slushies, so there is more than enough to choose from. Does not hold back on hooking you up, and the price is cheaper than DQ“
“Wow! First time trying Page’s last year, I don’t know what took me so long! You have to try one of their specialty sundaes. My go-to is either the cookie sundae or Yinzer. It can get crazy in the evenings, but if you want to avoid the crowds make sure you go before 6. Great local shop!“
“Dari Delite is the best thing to happen to our neighborhood in ages. The portions are generous, and their is a huge variety of ice cream treats to choose from, plus delicious hot dogs and nachos, all of which are reasonably priced. We go as often as we can“

“extremely quick place for frozen yogurt. little human interaction as the yogurt and toppings are all self serve. only thing you need to interact with somebody for is to weigh your yogurt and pay but the whole process takes less than 10 maybe even 5 minutes if you know what you want.“

“This is one of my favorite businesses in Sharpsburg. They're so creative and artsy, and the place is a joy to visit. The ice cream is delicious and always generously filled with candies and confections. We love to come as large groups and order from their Family style menu for larger portions to charge. The Roman pizza is unique in the area and we love it. The homemade pasta divine is our favorite. The espresso martinis are made with in-house vanilla infused vodka and real espresso! 20 drafts on tap! Wine on tap for Prosecco floats?! We always make sure to save room for the best gelato in the states! So many tasty options. We recommend the Wild Italian Cherry and the Orange Julio with candied oranges. The sweat cream topped with espresso affogato style is to die for ? The whole team are rockstars. Reservations are easy to make and change online. “Will absolutely make multiple return visits! This place is such a hidden gem, and much more spacious inside than it appears from the street. Great coffee and food, and MUCH more affordable than expected. I parked in one of the dedicated for spots for free, then got a 12oz drip coffee with a delicious breakfast sandwich, all for less than $6. Can't wait to try out more on their menu! To top it off, the WiFi is strong for working or studying, and there are clean restrooms on-site. Happy I discovered this place!Parking: A few free spots are located next to the shop. Street parking is free in the permit parking zones according to the hours on the signs. Otherwise, paid parking can be found in the area.“

“Food and mixed coffee beverages good. Straight up coffee...bad. I gotta support local and they do get their beans roasted locally ...sadly they are from Nicholas where everything tastes either like hazelnut or burnt Panera coffee. Not a place for black coffee connoisseurs but definitely a nice place for an iced tea, lunch, or excellent latte.“

“Oh sweet Rita's, what could I possibly say to express my gratitude? Your ice is scrumptious, your gelato is thick and creamy, and your rotation of flavors makes every visit interesting. Except for those few times you closed before your hours were up, you have been a staple in my after-events celebrations, sad days for a pick me up, and just because trips for a treat! The staff has always been very nice and helpful. I love getting a gelati or a classic ice. Swedish fish flavor can't ever be wrong!“
“Food was really good, where the pizza has one of the best doughs I've ever tried. It was really light and airy but had a nice crust and chew to it. The toppings felt very light where I felt that they could've been more generous as it felt as I was eating more bread than pizza. The gelato, however, was plentiful and had the perfect sweeteness and creaminess to it. Service was also very good.“
“Every time I visit family in Oakmont, we make several trips to Brr-Kee's. There are many reasons to love this place. The ice cream flavors are plentiful to choose from and excellent regarding temperature and taste. The sundaes and cones are always very good for the folks liking the normal portion sizes. For the professional ice cream connoisseur, you really should try the large banana split. You can have them swap the usual vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry flavors for any flavor of the day listed. Check out the picture of this bad boy. Takes me back to the tasty freezes of a bye gone era. Also, the fact that they are open year round is a huge bonus as many of us enjoy ice cream in the colder months.“
“I came here without knowing much about it other than it has ice cream. I discovered it's more interesting than I expected. You create your own ice cream flavor and add toppings and other additions. I got a regular size custard in a waffle bowl. I combined marshmallow, white chocolate, and caramel flavors and added Oreo and cookie dough pieces. It was yummy and I was super surprised by how big the regular ice cream was. Would go back again.“
“Went for the first time tonight. Service was fast and friendly.Del's serves Perry's Ice Cream, which I grew up eating in Erie, PA. It is awesome ice cream and harder to find in Pittsburgh. On top of that there are many "ice cream parlor only" flavors that you can't buy in the grocery store anywhere.Husband got 3 scoops, and I got the ice cream nachos. Ice cream nachos come with 2 scoops, waffle cone "nachos" and 2 toppings. Both of the things we got seemed like a great deal. As a major ice cream - especially cookie dough - fan I can't recommend this place enough. I would absolutely drive out of my way to come here again vs. Dairy Queen and other independent places.“
“I recently moved back to the area after 35+ years and was happy to see Dell's! My elderly father loves his ice cream and milkshakes and I was thrilled to stop at Dell's for him. Dad got a milkshakes and I got an arctic swirl. Not your bland tasteless machine ice-cream at all. Just good old fashioned real ice-cream at reasonable prices. And what a selection! Hot dogs to funnel cakes! Better than I remembered! Thanks Dell from me and my Dad!“
“Love this place. Have been enjoying Glenn’s for over 40 years. Grew up in Springdale and remember going there every year on opening day after school with friends. Great custard and the best customer service. There’s usually a line but they have plenty of staff and it always moves very quickly.“
“This is by far my favorite ice creamery around. They are a tad more expensive but so so so worth it. Even when uber delivered for them they pack the ice cream with such care making sure in case the driver has other stops your ice cream does not melt they put ice bags with it. They've never got a single order wrong, I've tried almost all the ice creams and all are really good I see the quality. So even if a bit higher in price you won't lose my business“
“This place is incredible, from the moment you step through the door to the aroma of cookie doe and mix then to the cookies, pies or cakes they have on display for the days selection to the helpful and pleasant staff. This was my first time in a Crumble and I was throughly impressed. Reasonably priced and huge cookies! They are soft just how I like them, throw them in the microwave or heat them in the oven and you have what I call the appetite!10/10 would recommend“

“I have tried pistachio ice cream all around Pittsburgh and I think Millie's has the best (if you're looking for real pistachio and not that fake neon green kind!) I like that they rotate flavors often and there is always a more subtle flavor in the mix, like today it was lemon (I was pleasantly surprised they had it as an ice cream, not sorbet). My only criticism is that sometimes I find this ice cream to be too salty depending on the day, which can be overwhelming after one scoop.“
“On the plus side, Great place if you are craving something sweet. My daughter and I got waffles with toppings and they were fresh, warm and really good. So many options it was hard to choose. On the minus side, this is a great place that probably won’t last because of the location. The foot traffic is minimal because this mall is not a popular destination any more. Personally, that was probably my last trip there considering how far it has degraded. This shop would do so much better in some place like Miracle Mile where more passers by can see and smell the great offerings at this cute little shop. Regardless, I’m rooting for them.“

“Such a great place to deliver freight! Very friendly people that care for what they do. I called hours in advance before my arrival and asked if I could park there overnight until my appointment the next morning. No problem at all. They even have a driver's lounge that is open 24 hours with a restroom and vending machines. If you need to park there, call ahead and make sure it is okay first. I'm sure they will allow it unless their yard is full.“
“Excellent, excellent, excellent - this is the best ice cream/custard in Pittsburgh. The hours are a little tricky but absolutely worth it any chance you get. Flavors are always delicious and the texture is phenomenal. And the italian ice is wonderful as well!“
“Stumbled upon this gem on a warm night. The line was out to the sidewalk but so worth the wait. The birthday cake was my favorite birthday cake ice cream since they use actually cake chunks instead of just sprinkles like some places. My parents love that they have "no sugar added" options of ice cream (mint chocolate chip and butter pecan). Perfect dessert to walk around with.“
