Awesome milkshakes, amazing customer service and delicious chocolate creations!
Max the owner was in the store working the evening that we visited the Panama City Beach location and he was so inviting and friendly and made sure that we had a great experience. All of our milkshakes were so good! The Smores shake was our favorite!

Based on the reviews, MilkShake Factory Oakland is a very nice place with excellent quality chocolate and ice cream. It is a great place for very decorative milkshakes, including the cookies and cream chocolate, the Raspberry and Cream milkshake, and the banana fosters milkshake. They also have delish homemade chocolates and offer free samples for most selections. The staff are angels, very kind, friendly, and provide great service. They take special care with allergies and show thoughtful efficiency, like having milkshakes ready for a quick pickup. The workers are consistently great, making this a favorite location for a treat after a blood draw at the nearby hospital.
