They are made from a yeast dough, with caramelized brown sugar inside, smallish, and served warm in a napkin so that you can take it with you while window shopping. The building is very welcoming from the outside. All painted with ice cream cones and Adirondack chairs sitting around. In the front, you have tables where you can sit outside and enjoy the air. Inside you have tables and chairs in a brightly painted, cheerful room. There is also a life-size connect 4 game where the kids can play. My son and I enjoyed a game while eating our custard. I was between multiple flavors after sampling (which speaks to how good the options are that I was so indecisive when picking two flavors), and the staff helped me narrow down my choices by making recommendations of flavor pairings. I had the brown butter almond brittle and salted peanut butter with chocolate flecks, while my husband had gooey butter cake and double dough. I found that due to the richness of the ice creams, a small serving was sufficient, but you pay a premium because of the quality.“
