“This place is AMAZING! My mom and I are in town for a college tour, and many people were walking around with the ice cream so I suggested we give it a try. Immediately the two guys in there were delightful and very helpful and cheery. The atmosphere was so fun the moment we walked in. The flavors were amazing and I almost couldn’t choose between the Thin Mint and the Pittsburgh Pride. I ended up going with the latter. It is like brownie/oreo/cookie chunks and butterscotch. There might be another thing added. My mom got the pear flavor. We are both extremely satisfied with our choices. They did say that the flavors change up pretty often - for example, they’re getting ready for Blackberry Lemonade. But Pittsburgh Pride will always be available. So if you’re looking for a cute little dessert place after dinner, this is the place!“

“Couldn’t recommend this place enough, and tonight was only my first time there. As a mom of a young kiddo with Celiac, I was so happy by their dedication to keep their gluten free products from cross contamination, from the scoop washing to the glove changing. And the variety of products my daughter was able to get! She has never had a waffle cone in her life and ice cream sandwiches are only from a very very select few prepackaged companies that are impossible to find to begin with and incredibly expensive. “That is the best ice cream I have ever had in town! Antney's Ice Cream is undescribable!!!! They are killing it with flavor, friendly staff and their changing menu. My personal fav is Cookie Monster and Red Velvet. However whatever I tried in there did not dissappoint once! Everthing is so delicious and freshly made!! I can give them 10k stars if I could! They deserve it!! If you read this review this far, please go and try their ice cream, believe me you will not prefer any other place again.“
“Al's is my first ice cream shop since moving to Pittsburgh and no reason to go anywhere else! We started off with a couple of great, juicy hotdogs! My sundae was so large, I guess because of it's deliciousness it was easy to finish! The flavor and the portion sure beats where I came from. “Dari Delite is the best thing to happen to our neighborhood in ages. The portions are generous, and their is a huge variety of ice cream treats to choose from, plus delicious hot dogs and nachos, all of which are reasonably priced. We go as often as we can“
“My baby shower was held at The Steeping Leaf. We visited twice before: once for an afternoon tea and once for lunch. Both times beforehand we were met by the owner to discuss the shower. The tea menu is extensive and each time we had excellent tea. All of the food is delicious! For the shower, once we had discussed what we were looking for (Mad Hatter Tea Party), the owner took it from there. We arrived for the baby shower and everything was decorated and set up. It looked incredible! The space is so inviting, the decorations were amazing, food was delicious, and the tea was great as well. I would recommend the Steeping Leaf for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and special events. We will certainly be back!“

“extremely quick place for frozen yogurt. little human interaction as the yogurt and toppings are all self serve. only thing you need to interact with somebody for is to weigh your yogurt and pay but the whole process takes less than 10 maybe even 5 minutes if you know what you want.“
“Can't wait to go back - and it will be soon! The tacos were wonderful with tender meats; asada, birria, lingua, and el pastor. Sides of cilantro, onion, salsas, and lime were served. The elote was delicious and with the just the right amount of fixings. We stumbled across this place on the afternoon of the eclipse and the weather was nice enough to enjoy an outside table. The street was so quiet, with very little traffic except for the street cars that ventured by so we enjoyed the sunbathed table whilst we enjoyed lunch and watched the eclipse. The service was friendly and attentive. This place took us back to the great places we frequent when in Mexico. We're so lucky to have this authentic place here in Pittsburgh. “I'm a big fan of scoops! The location is perfect for grabbing a treat after dinner in the area or on a walk. They're open all year and open late which is super convenient. I love that they carry my childhood favorites (Superman, White House cherry, grasshopper pie) and the price is super reasonable. They have a little sitting area inside with some retail space selling pop, ice cream cakes, and candy. There are SO many options it always takes me forever to choose, but I usually pick two. This isn't the place to go if you're looking for super high quality locally churned ice cream or anything but is great if you're looking for a classic scoop of something sugary and fun or are going with a group who has varying tastes. There are tons of flavors kids and grownups alike will love (shout out blue moon!!!!) They have some frozen yogurt options, dairy free options, and things like milkshakes if a cone or cup isn't your thing. A go-to when I'm hanging out in Bloomfield and want a treat.“

It lived up and BEYOND! Super cute & adorable ice cream shop. Loved the vibes & decor! The woman & man working were super kind. Love that they hand-make ALL of their ice cream flavors. You can get scoops of just the ice cream or get one of their famous sundaes. Vegan sundaes you say? YES PLEASE! “I'd give this place 10 stars! Tried 3 milkshakes and hubby tried 2 over 3 days in Pittsburgh. Every shake was great. Thick, flavorful and perfect toppings. Root beer float was basic but still the rich vanilla elevated it. Chocolate strawberry shake was the best. I'd be here 2x a week getting shakes. The Chocolate was also delicious. Almond bar was better than coconut but I prefer almond. Staff moved quick and I don't do social media, but they do make the shakes picture worthy.“
“Will absolutely make multiple return visits! This place is such a hidden gem, and much more spacious inside than it appears from the street. Great coffee and food, and MUCH more affordable than expected. I parked in one of the dedicated for spots for free, then got a 12oz drip coffee with a delicious breakfast sandwich, all for less than $6. Can't wait to try out more on their menu! To top it off, the WiFi is strong for working or studying, and there are clean restrooms on-site. Happy I discovered this place!Parking: A few free spots are located next to the shop. Street parking is free in the permit parking zones according to the hours on the signs. Otherwise, paid parking can be found in the area.“
“I came here without knowing much about it other than it has ice cream. I discovered it's more interesting than I expected. You create your own ice cream flavor and add toppings and other additions. I got a regular size custard in a waffle bowl. I combined marshmallow, white chocolate, and caramel flavors and added Oreo and cookie dough pieces. It was yummy and I was super surprised by how big the regular ice cream was. Would go back again.“
“This ice cream shop is cash only .I've been going to that ice cream store since I was a child my dentist was down the street but after I seen the dentist my father would take me up there to get some ice cream to cheer me up they got some great fantastic food as well a milkshakes and they're not like McDonald's and you don't have to worry about the milkshake machine where there's going to be working or not laughing out loud I personally would tell you to go check it out if you're in that area I don't think you'll be a disappointed if you like ice cream and they have many other things to choose from. And I do believe most things are price and reasonable but when you want good quality like you said you'll pay for what you want If you want cheap ice cream then go to your local grocery store you want good ice cream then you're going to pay for it. We love to come as large groups and order from their Family style menu for larger portions to charge. The Roman pizza is unique in the area and we love it. The homemade pasta divine is our favorite. The espresso martinis are made with in-house vanilla infused vodka and real espresso! 20 drafts on tap! Wine on tap for Prosecco floats?! We always make sure to save room for the best gelato in the states! So many tasty options. We recommend the Wild Italian Cherry and the Orange Julio with candied oranges. The sweat cream topped with espresso affogato style is to die for ? The whole team are rockstars. Reservations are easy to make and change online. “I recently moved back to the area after 35+ years and was happy to see Dell's! My elderly father loves his ice cream and milkshakes and I was thrilled to stop at Dell's for him. Dad got a milkshakes and I got an arctic swirl. Not your bland tasteless machine ice-cream at all. Just good old fashioned real ice-cream at reasonable prices. And what a selection! “This is by far my favorite ice creamery around. They are a tad more expensive but so so so worth it. Even when uber delivered for them they pack the ice cream with such care making sure in case the driver has other stops your ice cream does not melt they put ice bags with it. They've never got a single order wrong, I've tried almost all the ice creams and all are really good I see the quality. So even if a bit higher in price you won't lose my business“

“Started my Pittsburgh foodie adventures in this adorable little sit-down pizza restaurant in Shadyside! We tried the Pizza Del Re (white pizza) and Pizza Della Casa (red pizza), and both lived up to the hype! Pizza Del Re: - White pizza with mozzarella, truffle spread, & prosciutto (it comes with mushrooms too, but we got it without because my boyfriend doesn't like mushrooms) - A super rich truffle taste that was so yummy - Loved the thin crust, but there were parts that tasted a little too burnt Pizza Della Casa: - Red tomato sauce pizza with mozzarella, grape tomatoes, arugula, prosciutto, & parmigiano - I love the combination of prosciutto & arugula and it was a plus that the arugula tasted so fresh & wasn't bitter - I personally prefer red sauce over white sauce, so I liked this pizza a little bit more To top off your meal here, make sure to get their gelato for dessert! I got a small size with 2 flavors -- tiramisu and hazelnut. Both flavors were super rich and yummy and definitely satisfied my sweet tooth.“

I gotta support local and they do get their beans roasted locally ...sadly they are from Nicholas where everything tastes either like hazelnut or burnt Panera coffee. “My sister and I visited this location last week and were impressed with store cleanliness, food quality & the staff working. We mistakenly thought the store was open an hour later than it was - as we thought we were entering the store a hour and 15 minutes prior to close, we were actually entering 15 minutes before the store closed. After reading the hours on the door and seeing the team cleaning up after a long day, we asked if it was okay that we got 3 items Togo. Olivia, Ben & Vic were extremely welcoming to us and accommodating regardless of having everything clean and ready to close. We appreciated their excellent customer service and the quality of food as well. Strongly recommend this location and their team!“

Brusters always has multiple incredible flavors that you never get bored of! Plus, the workers are always so incredibly friendly and welcoming as soon as you arrive. Always my go to place for ice cream!“

That is a bit misleading because those are the most expensive, however the most popular ones (called "gourmet shakes"), are $8, which is quite price. Even Millie's is cheaper... however the quality is always amazing.8.3/10 amazing milkshakes, great locations, very pricey.Dietary restrictions: DF milkshakes are available and I hear they are great. They are coconut base and a $1 upcharge from the basic $7 milkshakes. Limited selection.“

“First trip to the Carnegie location of scoops! Great spot on Main Street and I love the inside! Some seating but not much. We got a single scoop- it's a huge serving of ice cream IMO. I got the moosetracks and my fiancé got the cannoli. Both were tasty but the waffle cones/bowl really were great.We went on a cold night so we thought it would be all but there was quite a line. There was one young girl working and you could tell she was overwhelmed. One guy in front of us was being a total jagoff but she handled him and the line like a pro!! We'll be back :)“
“Scoops is a five minute walk so I find myself there every once in a while. I usually get a milkshake, tip is to ask for extra thick, if I don't do this it turns out being almost a milk consistency. Workers are always really nice and let you try any flavor you want.“
“I've visited Jeni's twice in the past week because I just can't get over how good it is. My current favorite flavor is the Brown Butter Almond Brittle. It's seriously amazing. I also love the Salted Peanut Butter with chocolate flakes and Darkest Chocolate. The service is always super friendly and despite being busy most of the time, quick but not rushed. I love trying different flavors and the staff is always so patient. A little pricier for ice cream but worth it on splurge days!“
“l've been meaning to try the milkshake factory for so long and finally made the trip. I tried to time it so that we could try the Jake Shake for half price since Jake Guentzel is always scoring goals. It worked out well and we were able to give them a try. This shake is a chocolate shake with hot fudge, crushed cookies & cream, and brownies, topped with whipped cream and chocolate #59. Sounds awesome right?! Well it was, for the most part. My only complaint is that the crushed cookies were not crushed enough, so they ended up just sinking to the bottom and were not really a part of the shake. Kinda disappointing but fortunately they have plenty of other shakes and chocolates to choose from so you are likely to find something that hits the spot. The staff was friendly and they have a bunch of locations scattered throughout the city so you can easily satisfy your sweet tooth.“
“this is an amazing place to get a treat on a hot day or even on a cold day. they have a variety of different yogurt flavors, and they even come out with additional flavors every couple weeks. what makes this place special is you make your own yogurt bowl with as many toppings and hot fudge/syrups as you'd like. they charge you off of the weight of the bowl so the price is always fair. they also have smoothies, and boba tea, this place has amazing customer service and their store is always clean.“

Also, at this particular Graeters the employees are always kind, personable, and helpful! The last time we were there it wasn't super busy so we asked to try so many flavors before we landed on our orders, and the person helping us was joyful about describing the flavors when we asked and didn't get annoyed at all that we asked to try several things each.
