“This is a special place. Liege waffles are very different than anything I've ever had. They are made from a yeast dough, with caramelized brown sugar inside, smallish, and served warm in a napkin so that you can take it with you while window shopping. Please note: these are not meant to be served with ice cream on top. The ice cream and waffles are both very good by themselves. The owner only serves them together because people ask for that, but I think they ask for it because they think that's how it's meant to be served. (At least, that's what we thought!)“

They also have a good selection of toppings, especially different fruits, but I do wish they add more popping boba flavors in the future.

“It is rated one of Pittsburgh's top ice creameries. I must concur. They have a very large selection of goodies to choose from. It is in a good location but it is a little hard to get in and out of. So be careful. Ice cream with cookies was excellent. I got the raspberry syrup with cheesecake. It was way too sweet for me. But the amount you get is great. It was well worth the price. I was a little bummed. They do not have picnic tables. All in all, it was a great place to go for a dessert. 🙂“

I got a level 2 - iced banana pudding matcha
It was so good! Perfect flavor of matcha to sweetener ratio!
We also got a level 2 iced strawberry oat matcha!
The fresh strawberry puree was wonderful!

“Millie’s is absolutely amazing. While working in the area. I had the pleasure of meeting Steven. I inquired where his business was and that I would need to come and try his ice cream.
