The Milkshake Factory South Fayette is an amazing ice cream shop with an extensive selection of beverages and chocolate confections. The milkshakes are incredible, with customers enjoying the cappuccino and the espresso milkshake. The staff is super friendly and helpful, with one young man, Mason, being very polite, patient, and hustling to get orders done quickly. Great energy and great service make the whole visit better. A first visit impressed with the best milkshake ever. The location is highly recommended, and customers will definitely be coming back.
