Awesome milkshakes, amazing customer service and delicious chocolate creations!
Max the owner was in the store working the evening that we visited the Panama City Beach location and he was so inviting and friendly and made sure that we had a great experience. All of our milkshakes were so good! The Smores shake was our favorite!

Based on the reviews, MilkShake Factory Downtown is a great place to have milkshakes, which can be called thickshakes because they are delicious and thick. The milkshakes are amazing and the chocolate is also delicious. There are eggless shake options, non-dairy options, and so many different options to pick from. Specific meals mentioned include the Raspberry Chocolate Truffle milkshake, the carrot cake milkshake, the s'mores milkshake, the Bananas Foster, the Raspberries and Cream, and the Chocolateir. The shop itself is very spacious and unique, with fast service and great customer service. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. They also let customers sample homemade chocolates and provide that as a separate gift box. While the strawberries and cream molten chocolate cup was a letdown and everything felt a overpriced, the milkshakes looked delicious. Overall, it is well worth the price and customers will be back.
