We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"......
Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though!
The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss.
As for the chocolate chip cookie… I thought it was fresh, but it was more like a sad, store-bought rock.

Hello Bistro Sienna used to be our favorite place to get takeout from. We started ordering takeout shortly after Hello Bistro Sienna opened and never had a problem. Now, we are having problems every time we order!!! THERE ARE ALWAYS 4 TO 5 TOPPINGS MISSING; THE LETTUCE IS SOAKED; AND WHEN YOU CALL AND ASK FOR A MANAGER, A 17 YEAR OLD GETS ON THE PHONE. My wife and I went to the Monroeville location 2 days ago for lunch. Our only complaint is we were not prepared to eat the portions we received! The staff was great, helped us thru the menu and ordering system, the food was delicious, and the French fries were some of the best I’ve had. I couldn’t help but toss them on top of my green goddess salad. Fantastic. We will be going back when we want a quick and delicious meal.
