Visited during a trip to Pittsburgh. The gentleman working behind the counter was incredibly friendly. He even took the time to quickly suggest attractions in the city and help us know what’s around and fun to do. While that’s not the primary reason to go to a restaurant, it was a positive part of the experience.The food was amazing too! Very healthy, fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

NEVER ORDER FROM HEREThis is the worst location . You will ALWAYS have an issue. I ordered here twice with terrible results. I love the salads from hello bistro but this location is awful.First order- I ordered delivery through the Hello Bistro and was given a one hour time of delivery. I didn’t receive my food until 3 hours later. I called and asked about my order and they asked for a 4 digit code. I told them their app gives a 6 digit number. They said they won’t be able to find my order with the order number their own app gave me. They dont even understand their own ordering system. I did reach out to customer service and the did refund me.Second order- I decided to give them a second chance. I ordered through DoorDash since their own employees suggested I would have a better experience. I ordered and they did not take special instructions and advised to call the restaurant directly. called them and asked for extra croutons. They asked what my requested pick up time was. I advised I ordered through DoorDash for delivery. They asked what was my requested time for DoorDash?!? I ordered a Romain salad with cheddar cheese and croutons with a request for extra croutons. What I got: Romaine salad with a ton of chicken when I did not order any protein and goat cheese when I asked for cheddar cheese. I initially thought maybe my door dasher grabbed the wrong bag. Nope- my receipt was attached to the bag. I have no idea how you can mess up such a simple salad.

I ordered from Hello Bistro on door dash and the order did not get fully delivered. When I called, everyone at the restaurant was extremely nice and helpful and they even went out of their way to send me extra food and a gift card!! Food is delicious too, highly recommend!!!!

Oh man.......well, I love the concept. Easy process ordering food at the self-help kiosks. You then pick a buzzer, enter the number of it upon check-out and your buzzer goes off when your bowl is ready. Except.....they seriously suck at getting the ingredients right. I think they probably put too much of something in the bowl they made before mine so they just left it there and didn't bother to add the rest of what I had ordered. I was missing beets, banana peppers, bacon, and mushrooms. Oh wait- I found ONE mushroom in there. Then they also added broccoli (which I really don't like raw) and soy beans, which I also don't really care for. They got some of the ingredients right and they put the chicken on, so they tried (I guess?) And I know I picked up the correct order on the counter, because the chit-sheet was taped to the top of my bowl with a detail of what it was supposed to contain. I mean, it still tasted decent, but I wonder what would happen if someone with a food allergy got an order as messed up as mine?

Always fast, always fresh, always good. I have never had a bad meal here. It's also the only place around that I've found Boylan's fountain drinks but I havent been actively seeking it so I'm sure it's served elsewhere. Where else can you get a huge salad full of goodies for only $10??COVID did nothing to slow these guys down. You can still get a delicious salad for $10, super fast and extra delicious!

I ordered online I came in when they said it would be done I had to wait 15 minutes after in order to get my meal my order was wrong told them the lady who was handling togo meals was vary rude about it I got my order again and it was wrong again I didn't have time to wait again so I didn't tell then but they were vary rude I usually come in here and they are nice and food is good but today food was terrible and service was as well

Check your bag before taking your to go orders- it wasn't until i was all the way back to my hotel that i realized it was not complete. I spoke with the manager Bill who had handed me my order and took full responsibility for the error but they are unable to provide refunds over the phone and offered me a gift card. I declined the offer because it would be too much for me to walk back on my break for a simple $6 refund and as a tourist- its unlikely ill be in the area anytime soon. So i just spent $23 for a salad.
