“We go to this Melting Pot at least four times a year. Each time is a wonderful experience. Today, however, we were beyond blown away by the best service we've ever had. Hanna was our server and she truly is exceptional! She made everything perfect! The food is always tasty and plentiful. In addition, Amanda, the manager is phenomenal! I still can't figure out how she remembers us each time we come to dine. This is a testament to her customer service skills and professionalism. “I love ordering from honeygrow, but I've had ongoing issues with the rewards system not recognizing my points when I place an order online after logging into my account. During my last visit, I showed an employee what was happening, and she told me I wasn't the only customer experiencing the issue. She tried to help fix it, but the system still wouldn't let me redeem my free drink.
She was incredibly kind, patient, and honored my free drink anyway. She also said she would look into the issue so it could hopefully be resolved.
The staff truly deserve 5 stars. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the ongoing issue with the online rewards system—not because of the employees. If the issue gets corrected, I'll gladly come back and update this to a 5-star review.“

“I've had mixed experiences here. Awhile ago I came and had the wedding soup hoagie and a soup and it was incredible. The last time I went I got a quart of chicken soup and a sandwich as well. This time there was a long line of people, the soup didn't have almost any chicken (I found two small pieces in the whole quart) but was just carrots and celery (great broth though), and the sandwich was pretty good but my bread was a little soggy.

I think soup can be a bit of a gamble with getting an even distribution of stuff inside, so I'll try it again!“

“I booked their banquet room for a combo birthday party for my daughter and husband and everything was great!!! They let us show up hours early to decorate and the food was amazing. The best part was our server/bartender though. She was so busy taking care of the whole party and never once looked overwhelmed or flustered. “Husband, daughter, and I stopped during an outing on a Saturday. The hosts were amazing, server was top notch, and the food and drinks were absolutely top notch. Atmosphere is beautiful, and we absolutely enjoyed everything about our visit! 100/10. Thank you for a great experience!!!!“

“Shawn and his staff knocked it out of the park on our recent visit last Saturday evening! Place was packed to the brim and yet the service and food were all spot on. Our server Laryssa was on top of everything we needed and was such a nice gal. The kitchen was turning out a ton of food but our appetizers came out quickly and our steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered. Shawn came over and introduced himself between bussing tables and asked if he could help the staff with anything. Super nice guy who was working right alongside his people to make sure our meal was great. Looking forward to coming back and enjoying another evening with these fine folks soon!“

So, GREG S was one of the most engaging and friendly bartenders we have had in the 6 years since we discovered how amazing their food years ago.“

“I got a whole Sicilian Pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I would say the pizza was an 8.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. So, I rate it as tasty. I enjoyed it. I let most of it cool to then put in the freezer, so I can have some quick and easy meals when I'm busy. I usually reheat takeout pizza in either in the oven or I'll use a toaster oven.“

He was so attentive, personable, and happy to provide high-quality service; he had a contagious positive energy, and he elevated our dining-in experience with his service. The menu options were plentiful, the portions were more than substantial and very tasty, and the drinks (mocktails and alcoholic beverages alike) were delicious. “We wanted to try something new and wow this place was amazing. What a great choice! Once I saw cevappi (delicious Balkan Sausage) in the menu, I stopped looking. You can’t get it anywhere around here. That plus the amazing home fries that were super crispy and delicious. My husband loved his chicken schwarma which was super flavorful. I loved all the sauces in it too. You must come check it out. Everyone was really friendly and wanted to make sure you were happy which is rare anymore.“

“I absolutely love this place... Great Food, Great Portions for the Money, and Great selection of things to try. I've tried everything from pasta to pizza to sandwiches/hoagies to salads and I have yet to have anything that wasn't absolutely delicious. My favorite menu item is the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich for the price you get a good amount of food and no skimpy chicken slices like other shops tend to give now adays.“

“I've been to this Noodles & Company a few times now, and every time it has been clean, quick, and honestly better than expected for fast casual. Today really stood out because Tejanique was so friendly and helpful. She made the whole experience feel more welcoming, and she even came over to clean my table after I finished, which I definitely do not expect at places like this.

The food came out insanely fast, like I barely blinked and it was already at my table. I had the Cajun Alfredo, and it was creamy, spicy, warm, and exactly what I wanted. I’m not the biggest fan of the fried chicken here, but the shrimp is surprisingly good for a fast casual spot.

Overall, today was a five-star visit. If the service was always this good, I would definitely come here more often.“

“This was awesome. Felt welcomed from the time we walked in. Our server, Kenan, was outstanding. He answered all our questions and readily gave his recommendations when we inquired. He was not at all pushy, was always patient and pleasant. Food came quickly and was so good. Portions were so generous. I was especially pleased with the protein ratio.
