At this location, the kale doesn’t have one stem, all fluffy soft kale, mixed to perfection, the chicken is always perfectly grilled- never any weird chunks. Comparatively the last time I picked up at E Lib I had to ask for dressing on the side because the salad was literally dry and I thought it myself, “uh, McKnight location would never.”“

“I love ordering from honeygrow, but I've had ongoing issues with the rewards system not recognizing my points when I place an order online after logging into my account. During my last visit, I showed an employee what was happening, and she told me I wasn't the only customer experiencing the issue. She tried to help fix it, but the system still wouldn't let me redeem my free drink.
She was incredibly kind, patient, and honored my free drink anyway. She also said she would look into the issue so it could hopefully be resolved.
The staff truly deserve 5 stars. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the ongoing issue with the online rewards system—not because of the employees. If the issue gets corrected, I'll gladly come back and update this to a 5-star review.“

“We go to this Melting Pot at least four times a year. Each time is a wonderful experience. Today, however, we were beyond blown away by the best service we've ever had. Hanna was our server and she truly is exceptional! She made everything perfect! The food is always tasty and plentiful. In addition, Amanda, the manager is phenomenal! I still can't figure out how she remembers us each time we come to dine. This is a testament to her customer service skills and professionalism. “Shawn and his staff knocked it out of the park on our recent visit last Saturday evening! Place was packed to the brim and yet the service and food were all spot on. Our server Laryssa was on top of everything we needed and was such a nice gal. The kitchen was turning out a ton of food but our appetizers came out quickly and our steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered. Shawn came over and introduced himself between bussing tables and asked if he could help the staff with anything. Super nice guy who was working right alongside his people to make sure our meal was great. Looking forward to coming back and enjoying another evening with these fine folks soon!“

“I got a whole Sicilian Pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I would say the pizza was an 8.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. So, I rate it as tasty. I enjoyed it. I let most of it cool to then put in the freezer, so I can have some quick and easy meals when I'm busy. I usually reheat takeout pizza in either in the oven or I'll use a toaster oven.“

“This was awesome. Felt welcomed from the time we walked in. Our server, Kenan, was outstanding. He answered all our questions and readily gave his recommendations when we inquired. He was not at all pushy, was always patient and pleasant. Food came quickly and was so good. Portions were so generous. I was especially pleased with the protein ratio. It was difficult not to take a piece of meat with each forkful. Honestly, super value for money. Would have gone again if we were in the area longer.“

“I've been to this Noodles & Company a few times now, and every time it has been clean, quick, and honestly better than expected for fast casual. Today really stood out because Tejanique was so friendly and helpful. She made the whole experience feel more welcoming, and she even came over to clean my table after I finished, which I definitely do not expect at places like this.

The food came out insanely fast, like I barely blinked and it was already at my table. I had the Cajun Alfredo, and it was creamy, spicy, warm, and exactly what I wanted. I’m not the biggest fan of the fried chicken here, but the shrimp is surprisingly good for a fast casual spot.

Overall, today was a five-star visit. If the service was always this good, I would definitely come here more often.“
