Hummus Pittsburgh Food Truck offers high quality food with friendly service. The falafel sandwich features falafel made well, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with delicious tahini on top. The gyro is delicious, with phenomenal tzatziki sauce and great meat portions. The baklava is very flakey, sweet, and good. The fries are also crispy. The food is delicious, with nice staff and fantastic food. The restaurant caters events and takes care of everything. The sandwich itself is a little boring, with a desire for more tahini and less lettuce, but otherwise a not bad lunchtime meal.
