“This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are a fantastic example for staff and I appreciate your kindness during my anxiety ridden day!“

“My family and I stop by often for a healthy salad bar. It’s always fresh and delicious. Today we met a nice young lady, Kate, who was bussing tables. She went out of her way to get my husband his favorite dressing when it wasn’t on the salad bar. She was super friendly and made our stop there extra special today.
