“For many years I have gone to Patron’s with family and friends. But this review is specific to my latest experience with them. My husband was celebrating his 50th birthday and we decided to do catering through them. My expectations weren’t only met but exceeded substantially! Everything was delicious as usual—we ordered mixed fajitas, choripollo, rice and beans, chips and queso. I did a pickup order and everything was labeled and packaged well for quick set up. Lots of compliments from our guests too— thanks!”

“Went on a Friday night and our service was phenomenal! The host was funny and kind, and our waitress was extremely attentive and skilled at her job. We were seated and served so quickly. Our steaks and shrimp were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The signature mac & cheese was so creamy and had my favorite noodle for holding cheese sauce (cavatappi). We were in and out in less than an hour. Amazing!”

“Food and beverages were beyond phenomenal (Hail Mary for the win)! We sat outside and really enjoyed the morning sun while we chatted and enjoyed our meal. Service started strong, but dwindled as the restaurant got busier; our refills went unnoticed, requests were not followed through (i.e., more bread or a condiment) and we essentailly bussed our table ourselves. Normally, I would attribute this to more diners, but we saw 8 different members of the waitstaff outside alone. Regardless, would return to Firebirds again!”

“I’m not fully sure why there are bad or negative reviews to this place (of course I didn’t see this before dinning) but, the food was pretty good. Friendly staff, the burger was cooked exactly the way I wanted it to be cooked. Got a butt load of fries that tasted good as well.
Overall, it’s good. Not a whole lot of options on the menu for my liking but it makes choosing easier.

“Pleasant stay at this location. The FOH & housekeeping staff are friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast everyday that was delicious. The 2 team members that worked at the Starbucks are a special mention( Caribbean lady and the young gentleman that worked some afternoons). Now are rooms are a different story. Generally clean, spacious but don’t look any closer. Started sneezing uncontrollably not long after I walked in and immediately knew there was a dust issue, I’m allergic, not severely but I know. The photos say it all. The bed spreads also had stains on them. All this place needs is a deep clean and you are good to go. Baths and toilets were clean. The steak house across from the hotel is also recommended. There is a fridge in the room & coffee making faculty. Communal microwave and ice machine in the hallways.”

“Really good chicken as long as it's fresh out of the fryer. They have a great chicken sandwich but it must be fresh out of the fryer. I do like the original but sometimes the extra crispy is good as well”

“OMGEEEE this place is amazing. The cookies are out of this world. I wouldn’t call it cookies, that just doesn’t give it justice. It’s like a wedding cake status and worth every penny. The chocolate chip cookie was gooey, chewy and yet firm enough where it doesn’t break when you bite into it. The brownie chocolate chip cookie was like a perfectly made brownie. The pink sugar cookie was very soft; not your standard crunchy sugar cookie. We also got the s’mores cookie but haven’t tried it yet. It looks amazing. We ordered the 6-pack of large cookies ($24). They have an apartment of gourmet soft drinks too. Truly a gourmet cookie heaven. We will definitely be back. Want to try the mini cookies.

PS forgot to mention cookies are served warm except the sugar cookie was slightly chilled. Probably due to the frosting. So good 😊 ❣️

Two days later and the cookies are still delicious. Tried the s’mores one today and it was yummy. Love the gooey marshmallow in the middle. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The food quality of the Valley Dairy Restaurant in Cranberry, PA has diminished greatly. The prices are the highest of similar restaurants in the area but the food is really bad, never warm and has obviously been sitting around for some time. The restaurant has a nice location and used to be comparable to other like establishments but should definitely be avoided now.”

I know first hand that they are extremely clean, super nice, and make their own bread/pizza shells/and french fries. They are tops in my book. “My husband has been buying me bread from Loafers for years! My brother in law told me about it cause they worked out in Wexford and Cranberry! I can't thank him enough.Wish they would come to New Castle! we d love it! I love the Honey Wheat bread My favorite is Cinnamon Swirl,and the Chalah! Love their special holiday cakes one I loved was Lemon poppyseed! Wish they d bring it back.The cinnamon rolls and fruit breads and the Scones like triple chocolate chip abd raspberry,blackberry to name a few are simply delicious! Love you guys!! “This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are a fantastic example for staff and I appreciate your kindness during my anxiety ridden day!”

“They recently changed their handicapped parking. They actually took some away. It is next to impossible to find a spot with a buffer zone, and today someone was actually parked in the buffer zone. Costco really needs to look at their disability resources and fix the parking situation. Customers need to familiarize themselves with the purpose of the buffer zone. And since some jerk in a pick-up didn’t know, the purpose of the buffer is to allow wheelchair access in and out of a vehicle. I would really like to know if or when Costco plans to remedy this, as it will affect my membership renewal.”

“This location was SLAMMED this labor day weekend. I watched 2 girls accommodate a high volume of door dash and in store orders. They reset the stations mid way, sanitizing and cleaning up. I gladly waited for my high quality 8 ingredient smoothie. The employees got killed but did it with a smile. I love your stores and can't wait ro see more locations in the future! I hope you can find more employees like the girls working at 2pm on 8/31/25!”

It is clean, but some of the furniture is very worn and could stand to be replaced/Upgraded.”

The mall parking lot that you have to drive through to get to the Taco Bell is a disaster, some of the world's biggest potholes can bee found here, so bring the kids and enjoy the sights of the world's worst potholes.”
